First review ever posted online. Honestly, the worst company I have ever attempted to work with. It took them 9 weeks and three no-show appointments to get to my house. They hung up on both myself and my wife when we called to inquire about parts and timelines. After the fourth attempt at coming to my house, they put the washer back together incorrectly and flooded my basement. I would rather pay you to go to another repair shop than see you attempt to work with this company.

This is who our home shield plan contracted u0026 they are the worst! Came out one time, had to order a part, didnt see or hear from them for over 6 weeks, then they say part is unavailable! They dont answer phone, they dont return phone calls, I wouldnt recommend them to my enemies! The worst!

Repair man didn’t show up for 2 scheduled appointments. Horrible customer service over the phone.
