I walked around the shopping complex for 10 minutes trying to find the suite. There was another gentleman there that couldnt find it either. I called the phone number listed here on Google that just rang and rang, as well as a phone number I found on another suites door which went to voicemail. No return call either. Huge waste of time on a Saturday.

Service was great but they have lack of appliance parts and also the price was not so satisfied. Please work on it and remaining things was good.

As of 4/09/21, Im told by the young lady who answered the phone that they no longer sell parts. Although I didnt ask, it begs the question what do they sell? Why havent they changed their Name, their Ads, their Website? Why do they continue to advertise as a parts store when they no longer sell parts?

I purchase a new clutch for my Kenmore washing machine from Nevada Appliance Parts for $60. I was told, at some point, they ordered parts directly from the manufacturer, so I didnt think to ask who made the clutch I had just purchased. I installed the new clutch and proceeded to do laundry. I was only able to do about 5 loads and my machine, once again, stopped spinning. When I took it apart, I was shocked to find that brand new clutch was already bad. The original clutch lasted 17 years. I called Nevada Appliance Parts and explained what happened. I was told, once a part goes in the machine, there are no returns or refunds. I ended up ordering the replacement part directly from Sears. The quality of the part I purchased from Nevada Appliance Parts, or lack there of, was visibly far below the quality of the Maytag part. In addition, the price of the part I ordered from Sears was $15 cheaper than the part I bought from Nevada Appliance Parts. They will sell you knock off parts made with below standard materials and, once you put it in your machine, you own it no matter what! I strongly suggest you buy your parts somewhere else!

I just appreciate that they went over and above to address my needs. I didnt really know what I was initially looking for, however they broke it down in simple terms. Very helpful and attentive. Addressed all my issues and concerns in a timely manner. Ill be back if ever needed. Thanks again!

I called another appliance store and they were not helpful at all. Called Nevada appliance parts and not only were they very patient with me but extremley helpful. I will continue to do all my business with them and definitely refer my family and friends as well.

They always have what I need or can get it same day or within a few business days. Nevada Appliance Parts usually has the best prices or they meet the price of their competitors on all OEM replacement parts. My first and last call every time!

Very unhappy with this company!Had an appointment for the hours between 8:00 am and 12 noon. At 12 I called the office because no one showed up and no one called to tell me no one was going to show up.The man who answered the phone was incredibly rude and condescending.STILL WAITING FOR THE TECHNICIAN!Wont be using this company again!

Cant do business if the person answering the phone hangs up on me before I can even say hello, twice in a row. Took my business elsewhere.
