Technician showed up on August 21, supposedly diagnosed the problem with our dryer. Estimated the repair at $300 and we charged $100 on out CC for deposit.Tech said that he would return the middle of the following week, I waited a whole week and call him, he stated that he was too busy and said he needed 2 more days.I waited a few more days. He stated he was coming and I took the day off work, waited for him and he never showed up.I texted him again, gave me another date and once again failed to show up. I tried the third time we agreed on today (Tuesday) and took a 3rd day off work, waited for him and never showed up. I called him and I texted him and he never answered.Went to the shop in person and said that the $ I had paid was the service call They tried to reschedule for tomorrow again but I already used my 3 days waiting for him and I cant take anymore days if this guy never showed up. I cancelled everything and I lost my $. Live and learn...I am disputing this with my CC.

They had great service when they first showed up. Unfortunately, they did not ask all the right questions. This drove a second trip and time to replace the dryer. However, less than two weeks after purchasing a washer, it broke and flooded the house. When working to schedule a repair technician, they were able to schedule 3 days early. However, this was in vain. The repair person had to be cajoled into contacting me 1.5 hours after the scheduled time. Then the person never showed up.

Made up for negative experience by fixing our problem. I can admit when I was wrong and they changed my outlook on their customer service by making sure we had what we needed. And they did it very quickly. It seems Sylvia is ON it when it comes to making sure customers are happy. Right on

Doreen, you do a great job helping customers and helping me find the appliances I wanted. The delivery crew was great. They installed and I saw them run every thing before they left.

On the surface it sounds like a good deal, getting nice appliances at a discount.It has been 4 months that my mom has been waiting for her fridge to be repaired. 4 months!!! Anytime I call, I get the run around. They say they’ll contact us soon, it never happens, refunds aren’t an option, they just guarantee to give you an equally mal-functioning appliance and hope you forget about it.They’re nice on the phone and all, but customer satisfaction is definitely not a priority.

I did have a little trouble with my washer I got a matching set dryer was fine but the washer shaked with clothes in it. The nice delivery crew came back out after delivering it three week earlier. They was so nice above and beyond. Fixed the washer. They was so nice they even moved my old refrigerator into the garage for me because I was planning on getting a new one. I definitely gave them a tip.

So so. A little bit slow service.

If I could rate this as a zero I would! I called them to see if they could pick up a washer and dryer and they were confident that they could pick them up, but half way through the window I received a text that they wouldnt make it and would need to reschedule. Then. On the rescheduld day I called to get a an ETA and was told that they wouldnt be able to make it either. If the incompetent sales people cant schedule correctly then they need to be given a different job. What would have been a 5 star review for just so bg toe simplist job of picking up the appliances became a frustrated consumer that will NEVER shop there or RECOMMEND them. Way to NOT serve your community!!!

I blessed these kind souls. They went above and beyond to help this old man. Sylvia did not have to be so kind and patient with me but she did. I bought a washer and when they brought it out Rodney looked at my dryer for me and they took it in to get fixed. So kind. I talk a lot and these people are so patient to listen to my ramblings. I have had a technician from a different company to look at my washer. Than I called buy low the other technician said it was not fixable than Buy Low said bring it to me. I love this washer. I wanted it fixed. And Buy Low fixed it. I couldn’t believe I dropped it off and the next morning it was ready. My favorite washer was fixed Iam so happy I even baked them cupcakes. They are amazing. So here goes my long story. 6 years ago I brought a washer and dryer minor things went after 3 years but they send out a technician and gave me a good deal. Than about a year ago I bought a stainless stove and works great. Than 6 months ago I brought a stainless top and bottom with ice maker and the ice maker did not work but they send out a technician and they fixed it. I love this place will be back for a stainless dishwasher soon and maybe a upgrade on my washer and dryer.

Used this company for years. They use to be great. I dont know what happened recently but they dont answer the phone, they make appointments and dont show up or even bother to call. Had 5 rental properties I needed their service at and they showed up to 3. One of the 3 was a fridge being replace . The one they replaced our fridge with doesnt have a control knob and the food is constantly freezing in fridge. They were suppose to go out 2 days ago to take a look at it and as usual now no show no call and dont answer their phones when calling them. Do not use this place.

In January I called to have service on my dryer. The only thing wrong was it squeaked very loud. We scheduled a week out for our time schedule. The tech came out and started to take apart the dryer but stopped when I told him what it was doing. He very nicely said I will give you a rebuild for 195$ this way it will be like brand new. Great we paid cash up front and as promised he was back in 3 days he needed to get parts. Came out replaced 3 parts. Sprayed a bunch of WD-40, Turned it on and no squeaks! Tech said call him if there were any issues. The next day the squeaks were back called the tech he said oh it is another part 10 more dollars and another week of waiting. He came out put in the part but in the process broke the molding on the inside of the dryer and now the light to see in the dryer is broken. The tech said I didnt work on anything to break the light and the molding is just for looks. Really???? Within the week mind you now it is February. The dryer is squeaking again. Called and Called promises to come and repair and no show. Told it is a part that never breaks have to order, Tech has it... no he doesnt it is on order. Now it is March nothing is being done, cant get a refund. This is the WORST service I have ever had! The company doesnt care about their customers after they get money out of you! If you want something repaired you REALLY need to call another company or buy new. My biggest mistake was talking my daughter into a repair instead of buying new.

Never seen so many nasty people posting reviews or people in general these hard days. This place is nothing but nice and helpful you have a problem let them know. I’m really silly I had my refrigerator drawer stuck and they came out and fixed it for me. Yes I did have to wait a little while but they was quick and nice. Waring mask and everything. This place will bend over backwards to help you if you give them a chance and just a phone call.

I went there and what a great selection. And the two young ladies that were working there were very very helpful. They are a definite asset to that business. I went in there on Memorial Day and was in there and out of there in 30 minutes. I recommend this place to anybody. My washer will be delivered tomorrow. On Tuesday. I have multiple rental properties. I love all I have to do is call and pay over phone and they always pick out nice stuff for my places. There side by sides refrigerators are $488 with delivery and tax. Can’t beat that! I do appreciate everything. When something don’t work right they send someone the next day to fix it. I can’t believe some of these negative there not right at all. This place is nice and great customer service.

Im a little old lady on a fixed income. I came in knowing my set I bought from here was out of there warranty. I was ready to buy another washer than the nice young lady said let me look up your warranty. She gave me another washer with out me paying anything. She told me I was only a week out and she wasnt going to charge me. I started to cry and gave her hug. Nice and caring people work here. She will never know what this means to me.

I had a refrigerator that stopped working and called this company for service. The tech that came out was friendly and helpful, telling us the fridge had several Freon leaks - would cost $450 to fix, but if we really wanted to repair it, it would take a few days at their shop. We were willing to pay that as our fridge was a nice one to us, so we had gone to their shop and scheduled a pick-up for two days later, being told it would take a week to look at and they would call with the pricing soon. 4 WEEKS GO BY and NOTHING FROM THEM. I HAD TO BE THE ONE CALLING once a week. My patience was very generous with this company, even after being told week over week to just be patient as the technician only poked at it so far. Easy for the person with a working fridge at home to say!Finally, when I pushed for an answer as to WHEN THEY HAD TIME, I was told this was all because they only have ONE PERSON who services fridges. Four days later, after not hearing back when promised yet again, I called them to hear that its not fixable. 4 WEEKS of sitting on thumbs to tell me it wasnt able to repaired when the technician originally claimed otherwise? Thanks for the HUGE WASTE OF TIME and INCONVENIENCING MY FAMILY IMMENSELY! Never would do business with them again!As for buying one of their refurbished refrigerators? They are all dingey and quite old; an ivory color they definitely didnt start out with... but you can take it home for a nominal cost of $1100! What a joke!

Excellent service and very affordable. I went in to the shop for a dryer and within a few minutes found what I needed. Pricing and delivery was affordable. They brought the new one, installed it and removed the old one, all for the delivery price.Extra shout out to the delivery guys. They went the extra mile to make sure the plugs were swapped (3 prong to 4 prong), and setup the new exhaust.Will be going through these guys again for future appliance needs.

Got a washer and dryer. And the washer needed some work but they got it done and I am happy!!

They have been avoiding my house for the past 3 weeks. My dryer broke within the first month of purchase. The service man did not show up twice. They rescheduled the service call all to say the dryer that they just sold me was unfixable. I then I had to talk to a manager or owner for 30mins to get them to agree to give me a refund considering their product didnt work. I was told that they would need to pick up the product first in order to process my refund. Cool no problem right? Wrong today they didnt show up to pick up their product either. This has been 3.5 weeks of nonsense. I still dont have a working dryer or a refund and they are rescheduling my pick up once more. Ive missed 3 days of work for this. DONT EVER BUY FROM HERE.

I walked in to this shop and knew right away I was going to buy my washer from here. If i remember correctly The woman Sue who I think owns the store was so helpful and I loved her sense of humor. I have had my washer now for a couple months and have been meaning to do this review. The men who delivered it were awesome too. I have had no issues with my washer . Its used but it is new to me! Thank you guys for being awesome! I need a dishwasher soon. I will be back! For sure !

I payed 500.00 for a washer and dryer.they told me it was gone be delivered one day and I didnt get them til days later.then I finally get them delivered and my dryer dont dry my clothes.ive been calling and going down there they keep saying there gone send someone out every day to fix it and no one has came yet at this point I really want my money back I will never buy anything else from this store

And with their prices being so competitive, its so much simpler to just go to them and get what you need. They offer delivery, a warranty and removal as well. You wont find those on Craigslist. My girl friend buy stuff from this shop. and we not happy on it.The oven we fine out its was dirty and old only out side look nice.we both come back to refund. Needed a refrigerator STAT for a rental property. They had what I needed and worked with the renter to get it delivered the next day. Buy Low was recommended by 2 of my neighbors for a repair for my front loading washer which wasnt draining or spinning. They sent out Gary to repair the machine approx 6-8 weeks ago. He diagnosed the problem, ordered a part and repaired it within a week. Once that was fixed he then realized there was a 2nd issue, had to order another part. The part he brought back was bad and had to order another. A few weeks later that was finally fixed, and the machine still did not work. He left with the cable he claimed had a short 2 weeks ago and still has not shown up to fix it. He has been unreliable throughout the process, never showing up when he said he would, blaming Buy Low for too many jobs, not showing up with all the proper equipment at a time, and completing ignoring calls. I called Sue at the store 2x and seemed as though they could care less that weve been out of a washer for 2 months and their repair person has done nothing to fix the issue. Weve spent hundreds of dollars cleaning our clothes with a service in the meantime and now have to start over with a new service.I cant speak for their appliance sales, but would stay as far away as possible from their repair service. Extreme lack of customer service.

Used this place for years with no problem, but this last fridge I bought is a lemon. Gary came out twice to fix it, and after a week or so, it breaks down again. I am losing food, time, and patience. I will be asking for a replacement. The 90 day warranty has run out, but the 2 previous fixes were short-lived. It will be interesting to see what happens, but I need a fridge that works!

I bought a 1700.00 fridge from them for 500.00, great deal, it works like new.also purchased a washer and dryer. The dryer had an issue, I called them and they had a tech out to fix it fast. Customer service is A+++. I highly recommend this company if you dont want to spend thousands on appliances and still have great service.

I bought an over/under washer and drier combination from them. It was reasonably priced, conveniently installed and has been completely dependable for almost a year and a half. I have no complaints and as often as not those who do, simply dont understand or want to understand what its like to be in business these days.Its now pushing 10 years and I have have not a lick of trouble, which is a hell of a lot more than you can say for new appliances.

Beware! I used their service department and they told me it would be the price of a service call and parts, or their hourly rate and parts if it was more than an hour. When I asked if it would keep going up if it took hours, they said that the very maximum charge would be about $149.The guy came out and it took 10 minutes. The charge should have been their service call and the parts, but I got a bill for $149 anyway. The part was a $3 part. When I questioned the bill he got extremely volatile and I called the store. I was told this way we can earn a little extra money. When I told them I would only pay for the service call and the part because that was what they told me it would be if it was under an hour, they threatened to tear my washing machine apart. I was forced to pay over what I should have paid.I was a young single mother of 3 (one of which was a child with autism) at the time and it was very intimidating and scary. In my opinion, the store is very unscrupulous and steals from the innocent. If this is what their service department does, there is no telling what the retail department does but I can only assume that it is very bad.In the end, we all have to stand before God so no judgment, just a warning to the public. Please do not use this store; they lied to me and took advantage of me and if I can prevent one person from having to go through that then writing this review has been very worth it!

Over the last twenty years, I have purchased two refrigerators, and had repairs done twice to my washer, and once to my refrigerator. This company is honest and saved me lots of money. I will be going there in January to purchase a new (to me) washer and dryer.

Found their ad on Craigs List that said free professional installation. Went down to shop for a washer and come to find out the installation was only if you purchased delivery at $55.00.I wanted a single washer and had to go outside to look. All the washers were $175 or above and they were dirty. They did not bother to clean them up even though they were supposedly checked out thoroughly.The lady there left a really bad taste in my mouth. I would not buy from them.

These people are honest and great to work with.I had Buy Low pick up a washer from my rental and never received payment. I called and talked to a manager and he said he had too many papers to go through to look into it. Unacceptable. Bad business. I never did receive payment.

WORST service and pricing around. Literally tried to sell me a washer dryer set that I had seen on craigslist for $50 for $350 with full dents and scratches all over. When I tried to negotiate any price difference, the old woman behind the counter cursed me out, calling me several nasty names, and told me to leave since I was calling them out on their shenanigans. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!! You are better off buying a set off of craigslist from someone you dont know, at least they wont screw you over like this company will. WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!!!!!!!! If you shop here, you might as well throw your money away!!!!!

My contact with this company was very pleasant and they were not pushy and the only thing that they wanted was for me to be happy with my washer and dryer set. The only problem was the delivery was a little late but not extreme.
