Amazing customer service! About four months ago we purchased an LG fridge, Washer, and dryer from them. They offered great prices and even financing if needed. The staff was willing to answer any questions and ultimately wanted you to leave happy and satisfied with your appliance purchase.A few weeks ago our fridge started to not close properly, as it was past our three month time frame for the warranty, I thought we may be out of luck. BUT the appliance store handled the problem better than any other big appliance store would have. They offered us an additional part to fix the issue. Not to mention this was past the warranty period for their store and they could have just referred us to the manufacturer, but they made sure they fixed the problem!! We can’t be more appreciative that they have the best customer service! Beats any big company by far!

I purchased a full kitchen set and everything has really good. I had an issue with the fridge I bought and when I contacted them to let them know, they were super accommodating and brought me a new fridge that has been great—hassle free. My other appliances work really well and I would definitely recommend purchasing from them.

Bought a LG Washer and Dryer as well as a LG refrigerator in December of 2020. Since installation, the dryer has had a very funny smell. We called and requested service a few times and each time they said it was a normal smell of a gas dryer. I know it’s not so we called out a LG technician who inspected the dryer. Turns out the dryer was refurbished and was originally an electric dryer that appliances for less turned into a gas dryer. They accomplished this by severely compromising the safety of the dryer. they re-wired and bypassed safety features that LG has in place for their product. Before purchase we asked several times if these products were new. They told us they were floor models out of the box that have been inspected but yes they are new. This was a complete lie. They compromised the lives of my family and my neighbors as the dryer could’ve blown up we were instructed to cease use immediately. we went back to get a refund which was given to us 100%. That was the least I’ve expect it to be done just because we got a refund does not negate the fact that we were sold the units under false pretenses. buyers beware. Know that these are refurbished items and they will tell you anything just to make the sale. I would recommend having a professional inspect the items before you purchase them.

We were in DIRE need of a new W/D set. We went to a few different places and decided to head here before we bagged it and headed back home for the day.Glad we did. We met the sales lady (Sorry, forget her name) and picked out a set. They had some minor dents so we got a GREAT deal. She checked the schedule for her delivery guys, they had an opening and we ended up buying, having delivered and installed UPSTAIRS in ONE DAY!This just doesnt happen. Every other store was more expensive and had a 7-10 day wait for delivery and install.Thank you and well be back.(Results may vary...)

Flat out liars, said new never used, yet the oven door showed paint discoloration from use, the wires had been hooked up b4 (twisted). Was then told ( we tried out for you). Why the hell would you try a new oven?? Stay far far away
