Becky is the absolute best! After trying to work with the city on our postcard mural, she was able to quickly get us sorted with the perfect wall and letting us do what we do best! The vintage shop she runs is also the cutest and filled with tons of unique finds. We really appreciate all she has done for the artist community and the 18b Arts District. Thank you again and we will be sure to stop by whenever we are in town!
The owner is amazing, I got cute lace gloves from here and the vibe was so welcoming. The antique and vintage items are pricey due to their ageless charm. Seriously, stop by here. She makes clothes too!!
When walking into this lovely shop, I was pleased to see such a well-organized store, filled with a variety of vintage finds. The owner is very kind, informative and easy to chat with. Out of all the shops I had walked into today, I felt most welcome here. The clothing selection alone is enough to pay a visit! The kimonos, blouses and jackets, oh my! I fell in love with a long, suede skirt that was soft, unstained and in near-perfect condition. I admit, usually, I dont buy much because Im trying to save more money. But this was definitely worth every penny. I can see this being a part of my wardrobe for years and years to come. At this shop, there is something for everyone. :-)
My absolute favorite vintage shop in the area!!!!! I always find very reasonably priced gorgeous items whether it be vintage clothes & jewelry or other antiques too! Got this AWESOME bolo tie today and my roommate got a beautiful necklace as well. Definitely making this a regular stop every time Im downtown!!! The owner is super knowledgeable about the arts district/vintage/antique community and fun to talk to as well! 😁😁
This place is rarely open. And when we finally caught them during business hours, their counter gal was rude as rude gets. Plenty of places to spend your money at where they appreciate you. This isnt one of them.
Amazing shop! Super sweet, amazing and knowledgable owner and THE BEST QUALITY vintage at the BEST PRICE I have ever found. Truly a treasure chest, too good to be true!
Went here for the first time today. Becky was so fun and knowledgeable. There are lots of great vintage men’s and women’s clothes, and super reasonably priced. Gorgeous women’s dresses! Definitely will go back.
Excellent customer service
Such a cute little shop! Full of very unique and one-of-a-kind pieces. If you like vintage clothing, you definitely need to stop in. There’s a little bit of everything... lots of cute decor. Gotta check it out!
This is the best place to go for vintage clothing and items! My family and I came here to find our costumes for a 1920s themed party and the owner was BEYOND helpful! The prices were amazing and the service made us feel like we had been friends for years! This is truly a hidden gem in Las Vegas! We are now lifelong customers.
This store is so wonderful. THE PRICES, THE PRICES, THE PRICES......Fantastic! !!!!!!!!!!!!!The articles of clothing and accessories are special one of a kind pieces. I bought the most beautiful white cotton dress. Gauze and lace, with tiny buttons down the front. The price tag was $25. I died. I cant wait to wear it on the beaches in mexico. Pick an era and this store will give you magic.....at Buffalo Exchange prices. Magic. The owner was so knowledgeable and fun. I had a great time.
Becky is super amazing, super nice and kind and so helpful. The shop has so many beautiful vintage clothes and great prices. We found very unique and exciting things to wear in this shop.
Do not dare touch any of the vintage clothing, hats or etc. If you do, you will get a lecture about damaging the fabrics. If you want to look at something the sales person, Becky? will it off the take of the rack and show it to you. You are not allowed to touch the item or handle the hangers. I suggest Becky? change the signage to be more clear about absolutely no touching of the merchandise. Maybe hand-out surgical gloves at the door, so she can have a better day not being upset with buyers not understanding her signs and the tactile customers can actually handle what they are considering purchasing. I have been in the store several times, twice bringing other shoppers and she was very testy every single time. I will not go back.
Born & raised LV natives, My friend and I had our 1st experience on Main Street last week. Our visit had planned to be brief, however it took us longer, we had to check out the stores. Vintage times with a back in the day type nostalgia, its definitely worth revisiting. We had no idea of what an incredible shopping site Vegas had on a stretch of road which also holds Vegas history.Anyone & everyone who has good taste, appreciates antiques & enjoys vintage times should come see all the shoppes. Such friendly people working at the stores, all unique in their own way. We were treated as welcomed guests. One fantastic woman, Becky, owner of Main Street Mercantile is so knowledgeable about the entire block. She made such an impression on me that I had to let others know. She gave us a map which described the types of stores and their locations. Its in my opinion, if you can just break away from everyday Vegas life, just take a walk down on Main Street between Bonneville & Oakey....youll be happy you went :)
