I sold a machine to a customer in Las Vegas that seemed to have some issues when it arrived. I contacted Big Time Amusement to troubleshoot and fix the problem. They were very professional, responsive and went beyond what was asked of them. Being in the industry for over 15 years, I would definitely recommend using them.
