Always a great experience. Managed to fit me in same day request for routine service. Prices are really good compared to other dealerships. Would rather bring my car in for an Oil and Filter change hear and have them look over the car with Mazda pros, rather than go to a Jiffy Lube. For the money and pro service you get with people that know your car, you cant beat it!

Every time I leave this dealership I can’t get over how amazing they are. I’ve had horrible experiences at other dealerships and would never go back… but the service team here has been more than amazing every time I come very attentive and super nice. Employee Alex bought me a Starbucks one time because I accidentally dropped mine when coming in.. It was very nice of her.

Marcus D. was super personable! I had told them I was bringing two little girls with me and they welcomed us with cake pops for them! During the process, he entertained them with whatever he could while I worked out the paperwork.. gave them snacks, helped charged their tablet AND played games with them.

09/04/21 bought a car and traded a vehicle In well it is 10/07/21 and the dealer has still not paid the finance company on the trade I did not know this untill the finance company started blowing my phone up that a payment/payoff has been missed good luck trying to get the dealer to help or even answer after the deal is done as I have gone through multiple people an all I get is oh too bad and Im sorry I cant help that person is not in today.... I thought I was dealing with a reputable dealer but now my credit is at risk and I am staring at having to cover payments on 2 cars and one of them has been signed over to dealer and has been out of my possession since the deal was signed 09/04/21 I recommend running away from this place as fast as you can

Overall wonderful experience! They always have snacks and friendly customer service. Just make sure call ahead for car service as they do get busy. Wait times can sometime be a little long. Talk to Mitch and Tiffany. They won’t steer you wrong!!For example to call ahead and be prepared to wait: 1.25 hours and no update on my car. I just came in for an oil change. This is the norm.

I’ve been bringing my car to Freddy in the service department here since I bought it in 2014. He is wonderful and I can always trust him to advise me on what is going on with my car maintenance-wise: what is critical and what can wait. I drive all the way across town, but it’s worth it to work with someone I have found to be so trustworthy in maintaining my vehicle. Highly recommend CardinaleWay Acura and Freddy!

I used to trust CardinalWay Acura, I have leased two cars from them. I went in yesterday to do a lease buy out. I leased this car for three years and had decided to purchase the car cash. They wanted to charge me $995 for a lease buyout car inspection? Plus some doc fees. I went home and paid the car off online with no fees. What a scam and complete joke. Buyer beware. Never again.

This review is specifically for Freddy and the cashier in the service department. Ive been bringing my car to Freddy since 2015. Ive always appreciated his professionalism and the way he works with you on getting your car repaired timely, yet affordable. I never really realized how great he was until we purchased my husband a car from Planet Nissan and have been treated horribly when dealing with their service department. Freddy is top notch and he doesnt lie or try to manipulate what is going on with your car. Freddy has made me a customer for life and I cant wait to get rid of my husbands Nissan and buy him an Acura.The seasoned cashier is just the nicest person you will ever meet. I want to express how happy I was with the service provided by Phillip Brandon and Victor Salcedo. Buying a vehicle is a very stressful process, but Phillip made it as smoothly as possible. Phillip greeted and welcomed us the minute he saw my family and I. Phillip answered all my questions. Not once did I feel ignored or that my business was unimportant. I visited several other dealerships but none can compare to the CardinaleWay Acura dealership. All the other dealerships lacked the customer service and left me with more questions than answers. Spent a couple of days looking for my very first car I ultimately decided to go with an Acura RDX in large part because of the feel and the wonderful help from Stephanie and Marcus. They were very patient and informative, especially Stephanie whom kept on answering my questions hours after I returned home.

From start the finish, the car buying experience was amazing. Louie was very professional and I am very happy with the deal I got with the car.

Dealership was not familiar with customer service. They need to desparately brush up on that skill. Both Nico & finance manager, Josh were both insulting and condescending. You do not talk to customers like that. How disappointing.

Called for an appointment and Joe got back within 5 minutes. Greeted us in the parking lot. Happy to find that the vehicle we were interested in was in stock and even more happy to find that the technician who handles add on accessories said that he keeps hitches in stock and could install one immediately.

The best car dealership ever this place is so nice even the employees are very nice when we made a schedule to be there when we were about to leave are house victor calls us and told us that they will give us Starbucks or Smoothie king for free and we bought a car they showed use how to use the tablet in the car and also they give us a free $10 dollar gift card for Starbucks best place there I recommend it

CardinaleWay Acura has been my choice Acura and car dealership overall since moving to Vegas in 2014. They had serviced my Acura TSX for years with a quick and honest touch. Freddy is my guy in Service to that end! It was therefore an easy choice to transition from my TSX to the purchase of a brand new 2021 RDX. I can always expect solid follow up and follow through with questions and requests, and that I wont be sold service/maintenance that I dont require. Youre in good hands with these guys!

Dont buy from this dealer they are dishonest employees, they will trick you, make you wait so you will lose your energy and focus and thats one way of there trick and they mark up there car and buy your trade in not on agree price there are stealership!

I would recommend servicing/purchasing a car elsewhere. Service advisor and manager hardly cared about my car after I bought it from them. Bought a 2018 TLX and my headlights are already faded/hazing. Stated “nothing else can be done” after they “attempted” to restore them. They actually didn’t even bother coming back outside to look at the completed work. If this is the service they provide, I suggest purchasing a car from Findlay Acura (heard of better experiences with even similar instances).Oh and apparently this is “due to weather” for a 3 YEAR OLD vehicle. Previously owned a non garage kept vehicle for 8+ years and my headlights looked brand new when I traded the car in.**Update:** As requested below, I sent an emailed response to “address further” but it’s almost been 2 weeks with no response back.

I got RIP off!, they said they will give me discount on the vehicle im buying and will give me $25,838k on my trade in vehicle kelly blue book but when i saw my contract at home i saw $22k on my trade in and $2k more on the car i bought, i cant believe i trust them i feel sick to my stomach, i should have wait for findlay acura shipment of car i want, BEWARE OF THIS DEALERS SCAM ARTIST! i got caught of guard by trusting them that they wount do such a trick.
