J&J Muffler does quick and excellent work on removal/installs of exhaust systems & mufflers. The techs there (ask for Larry) really know their stuff. Shop is very well equipped. They fixed Valley Mufflers big mistakes (they did not even use a ruler!...wish I never had gone there) on my add-on exhaust tips and now they are centered and level. J&J is highly recommended and with really reasonable prices. Thanks Guys!

We were traveling and lost a wheel and axle on our travel trailer. They were amazing and got us right in. They explained everything and showed us parts needing replacement. They got us safely back on the road in 2 hours. Amazing job guys, thanks!

Horrible people to work with, no communication between employees. Had to drive my friend 2 times to go get the enclosed trailer she bought and haul a car dolly there for trade in. first time manager wasn’t there (no communication) second time the woman at front told my friend to bring the dolly in for trade in cause the manager was there. They had sold the enclosed trailer the day before!! but still had her come in with the dolly and tried to sell her a more expensive trailer. Not caring that she actually had to get a friend (me) to haul the dolly back and forth and definitely not caring that she was all stoked to pick up, get there and it’s sold the day before WTH is wrong with these people. I wouldn’t do business with these crooks if you paid me to go there! NEVER! The only reason I gave 1 star is because I had to!!

Got a quote on Wednsday with interested on car dolly. Came back next day. Long story short, I was told, he wont be back til TUESDAY, some how he sold the trailer i wanted on Monday. Smh (not worth going into detail but definitely not good business)

Got me back on the road when I was hundreds of miles from home. Professional service and reasonable prices.

I have the wheel bearings on my trailer greased and tightened periodically. In May of this year one of the bearings burnt out. I took it back to J & J. No hassle, no charge. It was fixed the same day. Outstanding for businesses to stand behind their work and J & J is outstanding.

I have had trouble with the breaks on my horse trailer for quite a while, I went to J&J to get them checked out in April of 2014. Larry was a great help, he explained the technical info about adjusting the breaks. He did not charge me. I had some wiring problems this time and although it took a while, they did an excellent job. They took care of the problem and then again explained why the wires went bad. The cost was VERY reasonable. If you have any problems with your trailer I would highly recommend to go to J&J Muffler. Kind people but if your not specific on what you want you wont get it done right if you order a exhaust from them make sure to get all your stuff from them that comes with it. they installed mine and it still isnt right and what I ordered but no matter how much you argue with them you get what you get basically.
