My boyfriend and I got a storage unit here because of the great rates. Unfortunately we have always had a hard time getting past the gates. We were originally told we had access 7am-7pm, but then it changed to 9am-5pm. One day we came at 9 and waited more than an hour to get in and many others tried to get in as well. We tried to call the office but no one answered. Very unprofessional

I could not find a manager around nor did they answer the phone.

Great experience when we sold our house and had to move to storage. The office girls were exceptional. They were so helpful when we wanted to change spaces so that we could have 2 buildings close together. We would definitely use them again if we still lived in Las Cruces.

Friendly, helpful staff. Facility is nice and clean. The aisles are nice and wide for maneuvering large vehicles.

Good rates for size of unit, wish accessible hours were a bit longer

This place has had several break in over the past couple weeks and the robbers just keep returning.

The workers at South Main Storage have excellent customer service and offer student discounts, easy access to storage, and clean, well-kept grounds. By far the best storage company in Las Cruces.
