When I first got storage here it was great the trash dumpster was open you could use it now its always locked and prices went up course thats normal but Ive been trying to get another storage unit for $40 instead of the one Im in for 65 and I have had no answer on that for months other than that the staff is pretty friendly places clean its okayThe good thing about this place is insurance is included with yourThe good thing about this place is insurance is included with your monthly rentAnd the girls

I had a horribly rude customer service experience at another location today, and I chose to come to this location in hopes they could help me because of an emergency need in a storage unit. The young lady that worked the front desk was so kind, and helpful she made me feel welcomed and was diligent in renting me a unit. Back in the summer, I called to reserve a storage unit and was told to come the next day to the location to make finalizations to my reservation. I went the next day and was told they sold their last unit to a walk-in because the person before forgot to input my request. I had to find a completely new storage unit last minute because of their failure to account for my reservation from the night before. Very inconvenient. Dont think Id go here again.

Recently our local Realtors Association did a clothing drive and we needed a space to store the clothing while we collected it for the entire month of May. I went in to the Highway 70 Self Storage and met the delightful, caring, and super helpful Julie. With the help of Las Cruces Self Storage LCAR was able to donate 5 car loads of clothing, shoes, belts, & accessories to the Community of Hope! Definitely recommend to anyone looking to have a safe, secure, convenient, and affordable place to store belongings. When I first arrived, Candice was very helpful with all the information. I was not sure which size unit I was going to need till I saw them in person. Candice drove me around to ALL the units I was interested in viewing with this facility. I bought renters insurance and since I live in an apartment for the time being, it covers the apt plus the storage unit all for $8 a year! 24 hrs 7 day a week access to unit! Get out of jail free card for a late payment! What more do you want?

Candice is amazing, she is just an absolute star! The quality of customer service she provided is stellar and I would come back here any time I need storage for my belongings. Clean, safe, excellent service ... A definite recommendation from me! 👍👍

You want a secure place to keep your items, dont select this place. Its very badly maintained. The manager told me that the maintenance team is too busy to clean. The units leak. They charge two late fees per month. Its not an option whether to get insurance or not, they tack it on. They charge an administrative fee. I called the manager the same day to tell her I was not going to need the unit after all and she did not answer. That was around 11 am. I called against 2pm and left a detailed message and she did not respond. I can only imagine people wanting to make a payment and they never return calls. The manager finally called me a week later to say that she noticed that I had not installed my lock. I told her that I called twice. She called me back and basically called me a liar and said that I did not call and leave a message. I asked to speak with the district mgr and he never called me back. I called one of their other facilities and asked that mgr to have dist. Mgr call me and he never did. That was last month. I was told that there are other locally owned facilities off of hwy 70 that are very well managed, obviously, this was not it.

The facility is clean, secure and well planned. However, the Leasing Company that operates it has what I consider to be unethical, certainly not customer-centered billing and communication practices. Twice in the 4 years weve rented storage space weve paid our invoiced amount in a timely manner only to be told after the payment was made that the rent had increased so we owed x dollars more. This last time it was only $4.00 but when the amount billed is paid, charging more should not be an option. I wrote the company a letter expressing my concerns and asking for a refund or credit for the extra I had paid, but after 22 days the company hasnt had the courtesy to respond to me. Nice facility but watch out for their unannounced price increases and indifference to your concerns.

Just signed for a unit, spaces are structurally sound and spacious. Wanted to give a shoutout to Candice, the storage manager at HWY 70 SS, for her excellent customer service and dedication to her work.

If you need to store some junk in Las Cruces, this is the place. Super competitive rates, incredibly fast rental process, clean and secure facility. Would definitely use services again.

The manager is nice and kinda pretty, if i werent married id hit her up. Her smile is sexy.

I called in to make my payment yesterday. I had misplaced the office line number so I looked it up on the internet and it was not the office line. I thought there may have been a number change, but then I got the message about the call being recorded for training purposes. Then I did not get the regular office manager and the person said the computers were down and to call back. So I did today, and got the usual office manager. What is with the Ghost Phone numbers that direct the call to the office line. If I am making a payment by phone are you recording my payment information? It was a very uncomfortable experience, but thats okay, I have the direct line again! Otherwise, great company, and great service.
