Frankie really did allow the process to be easy and the staff was very nice and friendly all round:)

Ive gone to the store twice in the same month to get parts for a 1997 Seadoo. Service desk was very attentive to my needs and friendly. I had to get my parts ordered but I was text messaged as soon as they arrived. Pickup was fast and easy. On a side note, the store now sells guns and ammo also. Good benefit for those who like to head outdoors

He was always there to get me the best deal he could possibly could. After the sale he was always willing to answer any questions I have. Always professional and helpful. I asked a service technician or parts department employee if he had a old spare tire, to get me by. Move my vehicle around the yard. He said,sorry. I will be danged if a couple weeks later a used tire came in. He called me. Do I need to say anymore.
I’m not one to avidly shop here or even have the knowledge to. I went with an idea of what I wanted and came out with everything on my list. Came from out of town in search of clutch assembly kit. Their team order me just the clutch. Drove all the way back from truth or consequences just to find out they ordered just the clutch. Now waiting for the kit and have no means of transportation until it shows up.. This was so unprofessional and uncalled for.
Most unethical and worst service. They gave me wrong inspection reports to make me change parts which were good on my motorcycle, Even all the services were half done in an unethical way and they just rip you off with bills on work they never did.Reply-for the comment:Well i came here to check if both of my radiator fans are working fine, your service team told me to take your inspection package and said that it will cover it and they can give me a proper condition report as what is wrong if they are not working right and they can give me a solution as to what can be done to fix it.My Questions are1. If i trusted your words and had ordered the new fans($350~) from you guys, listening to your report that the fans are not working even in the case of an active power supply and later find out that even the new ones are not working because the issue is that there is no supply to the fans, would you have refunded my money of $350????2. I also had a small leak and on a plug of the stator cover, and i was informed that i have to replace it and i ordered new ones with you guys. But your service team torqued it until it broke even further and theres a huge oil leak from a minor leak which was there before. Check the attached images if you can see it. I know i have ordered new plugs but was this necessary to break it even further? How am i supposed to park it anywhere without my bike leaving a huge oil leak?When i came to you guys to fix something dont suggest me unwanted packages so you can make money. Suggest me an actual solution, even if it is a full diagnostic or if it is expensive you should tell me that and i will decide if i have to do it and not but what you guys did was guiding me into taking other packages which will not solve my issues, i would have lost $350~ if i had listened to everything your team said and made decisions based on that, thats the unethical part of this service you guys provided me.

I took my motorcycle to get serviced multiple times and every single time they’ve either forgotten something put it in the wrong place or just didn’t fix it at all. The mechanics and service advisors can’t diagnose issues correctly. If you want a good place to work on your bike or vehicle go anywhere else waste of money and time

He is very informative and sincere. You get the feeling that the customers best interest is his main concern. We were at ease with him, not like the tug-of-war feeling you get at many dealerships. When you get there remember to ask for Brandon, hell do his best to make you a happy customer.

Wow where to start. In December I walked in to look at new tires and wheels (beadlocks) for my can-am. After speaking with the parts sales person I was told the tires are mounted and balanced for a a small fee of $100 I believe. It’s been awhile. Anyway I agreed to go ahead and purchase the wheel and tire package. January comes around and I take it in to have work done. Few hours later I go pick it up and I’m super happy with how it looks. That is of course until I drive it. I get on the road and soon as I hit 25 mph my steering wheel is shaking back and forth as if the tires are off balance I call them and I’m told they don’t balance the tires... first lie. I agree to take it back a few days later and hope to have the issue fixed after several hours of not hearing back I call the service department and am told they couldn’t find any issues and that this type of shaking is normal because it’s an off-road tire. I tell them this is a d.o.t spec tire. It’s made for on or off road. I’m told it’s not a d.o.t. tire. Lie #2. (M1 evil tires look it up if you don’t believe me.) it’s stamped on the tires! So after arguing with the service manager about the issue I’m told I can pay an additional $100 to have the tires balanced across the street! After I refused I decided to take them home and inspect the work they did to mount the tires to the beadlocks. (I have pictures) the mounting was so poor they pinched the tires bead (all of them) between the lock ring and the rim! I literally paid for having these people screw up the entire install and potentially endangering my family by telling me the wobble was normal. The shaking was so bad I didn’t wanna go faster than 35 because I thought I could have a blow out! I vouched to never do business with these people and what did I do? Flash forward to today 4/13/21 I call and ask if they have a manufacturers recommend coolant parts guy on the phone tells me, “ yes we have that” I specifically asked, “ do you have it in stock?” He says, “yes” Guess what folks a trip all the way across town to be told “sorry we don’t have any in stock” I am completely flabbergasted and at the same time not surprised by the outcome of this experience today. More upset thus prompting my novel of a review you clearly deserve. I welcome a any kick back to lessen the blow this review may or may not cause. I highly doubt these people will make any legitimate attempt to make this right as they already had the chance and dropped the ball. I highly recommend they not sell tires if they obviously do not have the proper equipment or personnel to get the job done. So as winded as this review is I wanted to be as thorough as I could because I’m not the bad guy. I’m the fool who gave you my hard earned money.
It took over 4 mo. To get my trike, owner finally got involved 3 weeks later got my ride back!! 1500$ n my bikes not running right. Im so so bummed

I will never do business with this crooked place again. Be warned if they can rip you off they will. They will charge you for something they didnt even do. Do not use there service department. You have been warned!.... I ended up installing the tires myself, guess if you want something done right you have to do it yourself!.... The story they gave me was the new tires were defective, or they were the wrong size. Hmmm guess they were lying, or just crooked.

I give 5 stars for Brandon’s service, I won’t go to anyone else if I need anything. He knows what he’s talking about and he’s real with you. He’s not trying to get another sale with you, he wants to help you get what you want and need. I’m not thrilled about the rest of the staff and service department. Also Danielle in the service department Is the only one that was polite and helpful. If you do go there ask for Brandon, he’s the best. If he’s not there I’ll take my business elsewhere.
Updated March 17, 2021I have to give credit to Ray, the owner or manager. He read my review and called to see how to help. He referred me to other local locations which had the motorcycle I was seeking in stock. I proceeded to get the bike I had expected with Champion Motorsports in Roswell which was a worthwhile trip. So, great follow up with great results. I will raise my rating due to this. Thanks.I will give mixed reviews. I have had good experience with the service dept. Brandon was great, if he is still there. I have purchased two new dual sport motorcycles and been pleased with both, one Yamaha, one Suzuki. I traded in a Yamaha and got less than fair value. I have purchased parts and some firearms and been ok with those transactions. Recently I expressed high interest in the new Kawasaki KLX 300 camo dual sport. Yesterday I responded to their web site to set up a test ride. Got a call back very quickly from Toni. I expressed and emphasized to her the camo dual sport. I got an email stating which bike, with pictures, specifically I was going to test ride. Great, ride set up for later in the day. Get there, no do not have this bike in stock. They manager, Gabe, said they had sold two very quickly. I said, you did not even call me about those two, and I get here and it looks almost like bait and switch. I agree with the other reviewer who wanted to keep her business in Las Cruces. May go elsewhere. NOT Thrilled.
Currently working with Ken on locating and other aspects of a purchase, I could not be more happy ! he is a great guy, super informative and helpful, not only that but also understanding with what Im looking for. sadly during the Covid times finding that bike and or placing an order may take some patience, but its worth it, especially when you working with someone that wants the perfect bike.

Husband called on Thursday and spoke to Toni told her we were interested in SSR 189 or SSR 150 and want to keep business in NM not take to AZ. Toni informed him they had every color in both 150 and 189 in stock. We drove from Silver City for our appointment today and get there to be told they didn’t have either of the bikes in stock only the 50, 70, and 110 all of which are too small for our son. Then the manager told my husband well let me check the computer and we walked around and all the other bikes were too big for our son after waiting upwards of 15 minutes my husband finally walked to the managers desk and asked if they figured it out yet only to be told no we don’t have any in stock and can we interest you on a YZ125 to which my husband said no we already have one for our older son and wanted an SSR 189. He told them how unprofessional this was and that they need to take better inventory because they wasted our time. We should have just taken our business to Arizona. But being small business owners ourselves we wanted to keep business in New Mexico. Don’t waste your time coming here terrible management. My son was so disappointed.
I had a fantastic experience with this establishment. Even thou my grandson was unable to get the motorcycle he wanted due to DMV points, we had a great time there. Special Thanks to Brandon on trying to secure Insurance for us. He spent well over 2 hours looking. We were very comfortable. Brandon is one of those salesman that is real and down to earth. I am sure in the future we will try them out again.
I heard a lot of horror stories about this place. I wanted to try it out myself. Came in looking to purchase a new side by side and found one we liked and wanted to at least hear it run, they refused to even start it without running my credit first even though I told them I would be doing a cash purchase. I took my business the next day to Tucson and bought the side by side I was looking for. The next week, I figured Id give the parts department a try, I called to ask if they had a windshield for my side by side he put me on hold then verified that he did have it. I asked how I could hold it to make sure I could get it and he told me that he would hold it. We drove over 70 miles one way to go get it, and yup you guessed it, they didnt have it. What a sorry ran business. Dirty, no prices on anything, uneducated people. I spoke to the manager before I left and he could care less about any of the issue . Let this be a warning if you decide to do any business with this dealership.
I called Las Cruces Motorsports and spoke to Toni and told her I was willing to do some business with them possibly even purchase two to three SSR brand dirt bikes when speaking to her I asked if they had the SSR 189 and SSR 150 she said yes they had them available scheduled me an appointment after I told her I would do business locally in New Mexico instead of going to Tucson we showed up at Las Cruces Motorsports with our kids with the intentions of purchasing two to three SSR brand bikes unfortunately they didnt have the 150 or the SR 189 like we spoke about on the phone so they wasted our time I could have been in Tucson and purchased my kids the bikes instead we wasted our weekend at Las Cruces Motorsports! the guy behind the computer couldnt even just come out front and tell me that they didnt have any he said let me check on the computer to see what we have and then tried to sell me a YZ 125 instead Very piss poor service I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere!!

I had the pleasure of having Josiah at the Las Cruces Branch of Powersports be my salesperson in helping me purchase a side by side. Im new to the off-road/trail vehicle experience and Josiah took the time to discuss all the in and outs of the sport as well as make sure I got into the right type of vehicle to get the most bang for my buck. I ended up buying a used 2015 Polaris Rzr 900 and couldnt be more happy with it. Ive already taken it out with the family and they all loved it as well. Josiah took the time to make sure I understood the operation of the vehicle as this was my first time operating one and gave me some good tips as well. Since my purchase a week ago he has taken the time to check in with me to make sure everything went ok and that I was happen with my purchase. If you get a chance ask for Josiah when you stop into Powersports in Las Cruces and see what a decent young man he is and how he can help you with all your questions!!

Service dept sucks. 80 dollars an hour for people who dont know how to properly service utvs. Took my 2020 honda talon for initial service ($600) for a few months later to find out it wasnt put back together properly. In shop for 2 months for them to fix their mistake, got it back & still not fixed. Dont recommend at all. If you love lawsuits this is your place. If not, Go to Santa Teresa motorsports or dealers in El Paso. Honestly drive all the way to Mesa AZ for nash powersports if you can.

BRANDON! Can’t thank that guy enough for the the arms and legs he pulled to get us into our 2018 Wildcat XX. Only having the UTV for 24 hours we got stranded in the desert with it. Gave him a call. He came from across town, within 10 minutes he was there with tools, help, and cold drinks. When taking the wildcat back the following day to complain of the technical issues we had with it, he was supportive and on are side until the end. Even pulled some strings so we could get some accessories and take are XX back home early for the weekend! Couldn’t have asked for a better salesman.

Going on three weeks I order two tires still waiting for my whitewalls tires, yesterday I drove to Las Cruces to find out what going on. I buy a tire to replace my bald tires and a oil change as well. All still the same I wait for my whitewalls, but what happened next is crazy, home is 60 miles away on I-10 at 75 mph get to Deming stop to 🚬 about 10 min I started the bike leaving got to stop sign oil pug fall off losing all my oil its lucky it dont happen on I-10 I be in a pine box right now. No not happy with them. Well after this post a young man call me from Las Cruces Motorsports asking what can they do to make it right well I happy with they pick up my bike from my home and check it at no cost to me which is great so I happy with them

Customer service was $***. I was interested in purchasing a firearm today and spoke with the gentleman at the counter and trying to get some info on what they had in stock on the display rack, and told me he would be back after talking with another customer (who I didnt even see at the counter when I walked in). I didnt mind the wait but when he came to talk to me again, I had a question on something I wanted and he leaves again two more times to speak with someone else. Had enough and walked away. Not going back anytime soon for a firearm.
