Kacie Boyle-Henke is an amazing agent. She worked diligently with me even though I was remote for most of the process. We were looking to relocate from PA so I looked at a list of realtors in the Las Cruces area and probably cause I liked the name, they were not a country-wide chain and they got good reviews, I chose Enchanted. Brenda Cleveland was our assigned realtor and she was/is fantastic. Since we were in Las Cruces for a limited time and wanted to see as much as possible she was very accommodating with our blitz looking and we went home with a list of possibilities. We eventually bought a house, via online viewing and Brenda went to the property and videoed everything so we could see the house really well. Because we were remote she did a ton of extras for us that I have never known a realtor to do. All the paperwork in making an offer and buying a house is very tedious and time senstive and Brenda was on top of things every step of the way. And her attention to detail did not end after the deal was closed. She was extremely helpful in offering names of cleaning services and painters and the like as we were not able to come to our new house right away. I dont know if all the realtors at Enchanted are like Brenda but if they are you will be well taken care of. My brother is thinking of buying a house in the area and I already recommended Enchanted to him and to ask for Brenda.

She made sure that all the paperwork was correct, worked with our escrow officer and the seller to make sure all T’s were crossed and I’s dotted.Even after escrow closed she went above and beyond. She assisted us to locate a landscaper to for the back yard, then picked up and installed 2 ceiling fans, and was there when our refrigerator was delivered. I had a terrible experience with Sandra Espiritu. She was very flakey and unreachable by phone or text most of the time; calls not returned, total un-responsiveness. At one point I demanded that the office let me work with someone else since nothing was getting done but they refused. A very frustrating and stressful experience. So when other friends came to town to also buy houses, I made sure to direct them to other realtors.

They have the best Realtors in all of NM!
