Customer service has really sucked lately. We are a small business that travels 60 miles to go pick up materials from here only to time after time run into issues running our debit card (we have zero troubles anywhere else) and today was the last straw, their unwillingness for a little bit of patience ....I guess they forgot where they started once a small business too.

Tried 3 other places, only these guys carried the galvanized pipe I was looking for at great prices; front office very helpful, the gentleman who cut my pipe was very precise and quick. Ill be going there from now on.

Went in looking for material for a garden gate project. Had everything I needed. I went to Ace, McCoys and no square tubing sold in either stores. Dont waste time and go straight to MVM. Office staff was patient on helping me as well as stocked on wrought iron accent pieces. Will go back again.

Great store only issue is they charge per cuts and they cut your steel how they please.Office staff is great, yard employees are awful.
