The equipment was in good working condition and the price was lower than the local competition.

The customer service at this place is awful. I used to rent from united all the time up in Albuquerque and had a great experience. The team at the Las Cruces location acts like renting their equipment is a personal favor for a friend. I will definitely be renting from Sun Belt for all my rental needs.

Go to sunbelt and rent. You will be able to talk directly with someone at the store location (Las Cruces) for current status and details instead of talking with someone overseas or elsewhere in the States.

As I pulled up to the store, I noticed advertising in the window for Veterans support. I asked if a reduced rate was available for service members and was told nothing was in place.

I had to repair their ladder and hence they gave me the rental free

Kelsey, Derek and Jaime are awesome! They are extremely customer service oriented and they always beat their competitors pricing (sometimes by literally hundreds) Good Quality equipment, so far we have had no issues at all with break downs etc. We just love working with these guys!

We went three times before we got the saw we needed that actually worked. First one would not start, second one was missing a key part third one worked. No discount, no apology for wasted time, fuel or aggravations this caused. Lack of concern by employees is very disappointing. If you have to use rentals here be sure these work before you leave. We have used this company in every state we have lived in but have to rate this one a zero.
