This is a great place for farmers. I was able to buy pecan fertilizer that I would have otherwise had to go into town to buy. They also always have great prices on Stihl products. I bought a 16 Stihl 31.8 cc chainsaw for around $250. They always answer the phone and are incredibly thorough about answering questions. I wanted to know about the motor on a Done Right mower string trimmer, the salesperson looked it up before I expressed interest in buying it. I also read some negative reviews for the product that the string was hard to change. The young woman who was helping me then did a walk through on changing the string and convinced me that the reviewers didnt know what they were talking about. It takes about 5 minutes to change. They also rent the same product, so this is perhaps why they knew so much about it. Blown away by the customer service! Unfortunately, they do not accept personal checks as a result of them bouncing. Amazing place!

First time having went into an Ace (Big Star). Great staff who were helpful and respectful. The in-store pickup was an exceptionally smooth process. Felt very friendly inside the store, and looked clean and well-kept. Had quite a large selection of items, tools, and miscellaneous items. Definitely looking forward to shopping here more and more. Wish I had found out about it sooner!

The staff is so helpful. They have a good variety of supplies. The prices can be a bit high on some things but most everything else is very reasonable.

I miss the TrueValue line since the conversion to Ace Hardware but they are a well stocked store staffed by helpful, friendly people. Ill be back.

RTD Hardware is a wonderful family owned business. They make you feel like family when you visit their store and the employees provide exceptional help. Its a great place to shop when you need to fix things around the house or youd like to spruce up the yard. They have always been knowledgable and they are a gracious family.

Top notch service you wont get anywhere else. Bought a gas powered leaf blower and they filled it with Stihl motomix gas, started it to check it out, and showed me how to operate it!

Good typical hardware store...disapointed in milwaukee tool bits I paid high price for: ones at harbor freight are a fraction of the price and at least as good (frankly better to my surprise).However they have good inventory so when I am on a project in their area I get what I need there.
