I went to return sunglasses I purchased online but didnt receive any type of barcode to process it. Aaliyah told manager needed to be there to process the return and that the manager wouldnt be back for 2 days. She said another sales person would show in 20 minutes and to just wait till she got there so she could help me with the return. I called customer service in the mean time, left the sunglasses with her, and the phone rep said the store could do the return with my order number. But, Aaliyah said she couldnt process the return because there was scratches on them. I literally purchased them days prior and they still have the sticker on them. She was only trying to avoid taking the hit and told me, If I do a return on these and a customer wants to buy them, theyre going to see there is damage and that will fall back on me. Dont buy from Sunglass Hut and avoid it at all costs.

Pretty good selection of sunglasses from various different manufacturers,with prices mostly how you would expect to find in a mall type location.

Went to return a BRAND new pair of Oakley brand sunglasses and the lady there scratched the one of the lenses with her long fake finger nails. And then told us she could accept the return due to the glasses not being in PERFECT condition. Do not shop here for glasses.
