My review is a bit late, but Joel helped with my dented garage door not opening. He was able to provide me with different options and what the costs would entail. I felt I knew the whole picture and I made the right decision with the time frame I had. Joel even worked around my work schedule which was very helpful. He even provided me ways to extend the life of my garage door since Im a new home owner. I didnt know I had to do certain things to them to avoid future troubles. Awesome! Need your garage door fixed? This is the one to call! I called and then texted a photo of the broken torsion spring thing. Right away he was able to tell me that he had one on hand and could come out later in the day. Joel and Carla came out later that same afternoon and repair it quickly. I had priced the part myself so I believe the labor cost was more than fair. Had my husband and I tried to do it ourselves it likely would have taken all day, several injuries and lots of foul language. Thank you so much GDSI🥰

I called Garage Door Solutions late Saturday and spoke with Larry Chavarria and he was quick to say he can fix the issue. He showed up Monday and fixed the issue. He was prompt and reasonable. Called to get our garage door fixed, said for me to text pictures of door and opener. He said they would maybe come down to t or c on Wednesday. Text on Wednesday if he was coming and he said no, he had a drs appt. asked him to reschedule and no reply. Found Zidney from southwest garage door and he came down ASAP the next morning and fixed my problem and got paid.

The spring broke on my 16 garage door. I called GDS and they came out an repaired it within a couple hours. Great service. Will use again if needed.

We called GDS ~ Larry Chavarria and he was out within the hour and fixed our door spring within an hour. He was very reasonable, reliable and professional. We called 6 different companies and nobody wanted to answer our call!
