I’m from El Paso, Texas. And all I’ve been trying to get hold of them to ask for their SNES titles and their phone lines don’t even work. What the heck guys, nice business your running. Very professional

I can already tell how bad this place is. No phone lines, no way to contact them. If they cant even address something simple like that, I cant even imagine how is their customer service. And I am not going to drive almost an hour to check if they even have Snes titles.

The store was very small and did not have a very diverse selection of video games.

This is a little late, but they are super knowlegable and friendly. And, shockingly, for being a retail store, are willing to haggle a tiny bit on their prices. Plus, thier collection of games, both retro and new, is incredible.

This is a really unique shop that hosts card games and it is a very friendly place, an area that is good for kids. The employees are helpful and courteous. I prefer this place over Mind Games because it is a healthier environment. If you are looking for a place to hang out and have fun then come to We Know Video Games!

I love the service at this location and they almost always have the retro game or accessories you need for a good price. I dont participate but they have game tournaments and trading cards too if thats what youre into.

Extra star for the 2 pinball machines, although Jurassic Park was down and only Austin Powers was working. Kudos to them for hosting Friday Night Magic after Hastings closed.

Store is OK. They have a lot of reproductions cart games and make excuses when I asked for Heart of the Alien. They had it at the comicon and made some excuse that it was only for display despite the fact that it had a price tag on it.They also got offended by my Harley Quinn tshirt. Its Harley Quinn. What do you want me to do? Ask DC to redesign her for you?Also the lady with pink hair and glasses is weird. She always looks off to the left when she talks to me.

Employees were too lazy to help. I asked for a cable and the guy just pointed. I asked another employee and he pointed as well but he never got up to help me. I dont know what it looked like because it was for a gift for my nephew. Terrible customer service, its not like they had a line of customers, and the other employee kept going to the tables to play cards with the other customers

I don’t believe they check their controllers. I bought a used controller for Xbox One from them and it didn’t work. If your going to be selling pre owned products then you should at least test them out.
