Big lots always has amazing deals on good quality items. My wife and I have purchased everything from makeup to furniture there and always been happy with the quality. We often find items there for half the cost of other places and the quality is just as good if not better in some instances. Definitely a place to check for affordable items. Plus the staff is always polite and helpful.

I havent been to Big Lots in a long time, but I was pleasantly surprised with the great customer service. We bought furniture last night and picked up today without problem. Everyone was very niece and friendly!

Employees are very customer oriented with enthusiastic happy to help attitude across all staff (Ive met, so far) anyone who gives this store snything less than 5 stars is just living a grumpy existence. Trust me 😁👍

Its also really small store and had pile a lot merchandising on hallways and cant walk easy during the store. So please organize well or move to another place where is going to be more big place..

They have some great, well priced holiday decore but other then that the service isnt that great and the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. Threre is mold, dust that looks like it has been there for years and it doesnt look like its cleaned often. In fact the store isnt very clean

Cant find decent holiday decorations at Wal-Mart or Target? Stop by Big Lots where you can find seasonal items and gift ideas at reasonable prices. Get some groceries while youre at it and make it a one stop shopping trip.

A great place for gluten free snacks. Other great prices on many of the things you need. Things like canned tomatoes, salsa, foil, food storage bags and chips. Also a good selection of greeting cards and furniture. Staff is helpful and usually happy.

Found perfect slay bed and, sectional. Thank you girls you save us ton money and better quality. They out beat furniture roll. So helpful.

Friendly staff. They only had white Christmas trees out, but the saleslady was able to find a green artificial tree in the stockroom. Good selection of furniture. Good prices. One of those places if you see it, get it because it may not be there next time!

They had nothing to purchase....Ive popped in there at the beginning of December and they had nothing then.

They got all kinds of home goods at great prices. The staff is helpful and they are welcoming enough to just let you browse. The unique snack section is what I really like but be careful for expiration dates

One of the better stores for customer service. Management and employees have always been very helpful and friendly... something you dont always find with larger stores, and the prices are great. Lots of oddball stuff that youd never guess existed.

They have a decent selection but its so hard to push your cart through the aisles. Boxes everywhere. Some empty some full. Hard to reach items and saw only 2 worker at the register who couldnt leave to assist.

Good to have this alternative in town! I enjoy the fact that they often carry a slightly different product line than Wal-Mart (furniture, bedding, bath, kitchen, etc.) or Albertsons (grocery items). Prices are reasonable (sometimes the best!). Floor staff occasionally scarce, but theyre always helpful when you find them.

Pretty good store though some things I wouldnt buy there...can be pricey on some things, but do have other reasonably priced items I like

When I came to buy furniture, nothing was in stock. Had to wait 6wks for anything.

I walked in and said good morning. I received a scowl and nothing in return for choosing to shop there. When I was shopping there was a lot of merchandise not price labeled. I dont like shopping to be a mystery.

Me and my daughter went to this Big Lots location, and it was messy and kind of disorganized we came to essentially window shop and get prices and compare we ended up with a drawing pad for a couple dollars less then the competition. There were no employees walking around asking if we needed help just 2 cashiers.

Great place to buy furniture when they have their 20% off sales, the store itself is a bit dingy though. I think Big Lots might end up like Kmart if they dont renovate their stores every once in awhile.

Corporate chains will never get higher than a three rating from me. They didnt even sell tire pressure gauges which is what I went there for.
