Kay Jewelers is the best jewelry store in my opinion. Their merchandise is of excellent quality at a fair price. The sales reps are so friendly and knowledgeable about all of the different pieces in the store and they take the time to make sure that youre getting what you want. Even kindly suggesting that maybe you would like this other piece better if something doesnt look quite right on you. They go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. The young lady that helped me is moving back to Europe but she made sure that I was completely happy and finished before she gave anyone else attention and I really appreciate that. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Employees tell you one thing and another tells you something different. Recently purchased a ring with warranty and it already broke and they still want me to fork out more money. They could care less and are just there for paychecks. I’ve had an employee once take the tablet and search for rings on my own and told me she didn’t even want to be there or make sales. Pathetic.

I sent my wedding ring to be sized and replace a diamond, they messed up the ring 2 times and now it does not match my wifes ring at all. The representative that helped me was great, but the work done to my ring is enough to make me never want to shop at this store in any location.

I purchased a pair of diamond earrings for almost 2,000 dollars. When I went to the store to pick them up I was I needed to wait because there was a line. I waited my turn and then was told they didn’t have them. Just as I was leaving the UPS guy showed up with about 12 boxes. The gentleman that was helping me (very kind and the only reason I gave any stars) started opening the boxes to see if my (already paid for) earrings had arrived. A few customers arrived and Noah, the manager walked over and told him to stop opening the boxes and help the other people. He had 3 boxes left to go. I asked I could wait and was told that it could be hours and they would call me if they had them. Why were other people put before me? I waited my turn. I paid for my items. Just finish opening the boxes! I sat on a bench outside the store and called customer service. They spoke with someone in the store and what do you know... they opened the boxes and there are my diamonds.

Orderd a chain on may 5th and my order is still not here. Ive called multiple times and still nothing. Definitely wont be purchasing from kays again

Bought a Citizen Eco Drive for my husband which was about a 500.00 watch. He wore it for a year and 6 months and the watch had a 2 year warranty. The salesperson suggested we send it in before the 2 year warranty was up to have the finish, watch face, and insides checked. We sent it off got it back put it in my jewelry box for him to wear on special occasions. The watch never worked the same after we got it back. Took it back in to get it fixed and the total was going to be 270.00. I understand fixing watches are not cheap. My issue is that after we had the watch totally redone because of salesperson suggestion it never worked properly again. I will never buy another watch from Kay Jewelers again.

An absolute scam.While the merchandise is alright for the price. Dont leave your credit card information nor let yourself get suckered into their fiance program. They will tell you anything to get you to sign on the dotted line and sacrifice your credit score, make it incredibly difficult to pay back, and will continue to hassle you long after your merchandise is completely paid off. Do yourself a favor and run as fast as you can away from this place. Gordon and Zales are a much better bet and they actually care about customer service.Dont be an idiot like me. If they tell you something that doesnt sound right, they are lying. They will be doing a lot of that.

Bad experience every time I visit this store with different salespeople. They are quite frankly rude and inattentive. I caught one making a face to another co-worker about another customer asking to repair their ring. I love the jewelry I just would never buy at this particular store.
