I’ve always loved BR in Las Cruces, super friendly staff and always willing to try something out of their comfort zone!I’ve been there before asking for a “crunchy caramel shake”, it’s something I used to get all the time in other countries’ BRs and while they admitted they had no idea what I was talking about they said they could try if I somewhat guided them through it!More recently I wanted a dinosaur shaped cake for my daughter’s birthday, needless to say they went above and BEYOND! Just to be sure I would like the cake they gave me TWO options to pick from, now I don’t know the name of the girl that made it but it was phenomenal! Way better than what I had in mind! 😂All around good vibes from these guys, I hope they never lose their energy and spunk! 🥰 Thank you for helping make my daughter’s birthday that much more special!!

Honestly I do like this place. BUT, last night I used doordash to order some ice cream for my family. Just something small nothing too complicated. I know there were 7 items. And yes it was 30 mins before close. We dont ever really do that but, it was just a pick me up for my family that we havent had in a while. ANYWAY. Basically I placed the order, my kids are all excited my parents are happy, my brothers, husband you yet the point..quick pick me up. ONLY 2 mins after submitting the order. They call me. Mind you the lady who called kinda laughed and said they were out of a lot of items. She kept chuckling. She calls me and says We are out of Coconut, Strawberry, Cherries Jubilee, Pistachio, Triple Mango, and Almond. Basically...it was Tuesday night...and youre telling me...youre out of some of the flavors I know people dont get a lot of? Strawberry and Pistachio maybe I get it. But everything else? Im guessing because it was 30 minutes before close they just didnt want to make it. And honestly. I get it. But also its your job. I also work a job where people come in 4 minutes before close and I STILL make their order, be polite, and do my job.Im just disappointed really. And on top of that....she couldnt issue the refund and told me I had to do it through doordash. SO on top of all this I now have to wait 5-7 business days for my refund. GREAT. I hope someone talks to the lady/ whoever else was working with her. Because you just be happy to have a job and just do it. Because we all do what we dont want to.Sorry for the long rant. Just needed to be heard/ vent.Other than that. I do like taking my kids there and they are generally friendly and clean. Just disappointed last night with the customer service.

Brock, Devon and Kaela went above and beyond for me. I had a big order and it was near closing time and they were super courteous and helpful and very patient. I wanted to tip them but had only my debit card on me, tipping with a card would be a great option. I highly recommend this location based on these employees attitudes.

Great ice cream and varieties! Just like when I was a kid, this 31 flavor shop was a hit with my kiddos, and I was glad on Tuesdays after 5 PM they have Family Night with $1.49 Kids scoops or $1.99 regular scoops. :-)

Baskin Robbins goes above Cold Stone!!!Great service, friendly service and there ice cream cakes are amazing!!! The two tiered Oreo cookie cake was the bomb. My sons 16th birthday party was concluded with this amazing cake!! He/we loved it!!! Definitely a repeat customer!! Thank you so much!!!

My wife & I love to come here on occasion for a date quick little cold bite on date night. Establishment is kept clean, and service is good and quick! They also have ice cream cakes and just plain cakes as well, not the biggest selection but Baskin Robbins does have them. I recommend this Baskin Robbins to everyone!

Parking here is horrific. The staff is nice and helpful. The store is clean, but very small. The ice cream is wonderful! I dont recommend anyone with elderly, wheelchair or even strollers, try and expect to eat comfortably. Like previously mentioned, the parking is a bad and the place is small.

Usually love the ice cream but ordered a Fathers day cake & was furious!! They had no options to choose from so we had to tell them what we wanted. We ordered a week in advance. I tried to call them 9 times the day of pick up to change pick up time but only got a busy signal. Finally went to get the cake and it was NOT what we asked for! Then the guy couldnt even use the machine to split the bill between 2 cards! NEVER ORDERING A CAKE FROM THEM AGAIN! Coldstone, here I come!

Year after year i take kids &grandkids to BRs clean, cozy, well-serviced location on Missouri Las Cruces. Wonderfully displayed and room to sit inside and out.
