Script was ready. Parked in Aisle 10, called pharmacy to let them know I was in parking lot. Employee came out wit script, she ran my credit card, and everything was handed courteously and promptly. I Irecommend this service due to current situation. Thank yo Pharmacy staff!!

Very nice people, but often they dont have the medication I need in and sometimes Ill only be in town for a few days. Other times they ask me not to buy so many [medication] when Ive run out on the road because of them.On top of that they are kinda annoying to deal with. Ill have asked a very specific question and they just stand there and repeat the SAME thing back to me that they previously said. It always has nothing to do with what Im asking.

Every time I fill a prescription here, there is one issue or another. They ran the wrong insurance last time (one that I dont even have anymore), and were taken aback that I wanted them to run the correct insurance. Im pretty sure that would be insurance fraud so why they would question doing the right thing is beyond me. The customer service and level of competence at the Rinconada and Sonoma locations are a ton better.

The pharmacy here doesnt acknowledge patients that are waiting for their prescriptions. They all LITERALLY just stand there and completely ignore the fact youre standing at the counter. Customer service deserves a 0 out of 5. They are rude here. I highly recommend going literally anywhwre else.

They never call to let you know your medicine is ready. And when you call to check they don’t answer the phone! I’ve lasted 10minutes trying to get them to answer but they never do!

This pharmacy used to be good. They dont ever answer the phone anymore.

They were friendly but out of the items that I needed.

Tried Walgreens and CVS in the past but their staff is always rude no matter which location Ive used and it consistently took a month to get prescription refill authorizations. Walmart never answers the phone but their pharmacy app is a good replacement when needing information. I havent had any problems with staff in person.

Worst! Never answer the phones and when they do, customer service is horrible.

I have talked to the occasional rude employee, wait times in line unreal but if you stick with them you will remember that neighbor feel.
