I love Spirit Halloween. Has a great selection of costumes, decor and novelty items.

Best place to get a costume! It’s huge, there are many options and good prices!

Displays were broken. One of the reasons I go there cause my son love the Displays.

FYI! According to a store mployee, Spirit Halloween does not have a fitting room because of COVID-19, at least the Norridge location. However, every retail store I have been to allows you to try on clothes. The store employee said we can purchase it and return it if it doesn’t work out. What a waste of time!!Our daughter wanted a costume that did not have her size. We asked the manager if she can look in other stores on their computer if another Spirit Halloween carries it in the size we needed. The manager said WE had to look it up on the online ourselves. How inconvenient!

This location is the best, has way better amount of costumes ans items foe Halloween

Fully stocked Halloween store with a lot of selection regarding costumes accessories and decorations. They have costumes from adult sizes to Baby sizes. The decorations are impressive and I picked up a costume along with decorations for work. Definitely go early as stock sells out and you may be stuck looking for a costume as Halloween approaches

Well I was so happy to find out it was going up in my neighborhood .....I go in buying a few things and the young man adrian the manger was so helpful with finding what I needed and fast cashier besides helping his employees figure out there problems on register s.....very clean .....thank you

We are extremely disappointed in the manager’s attitude in this location. We went in there looking to purchase the huge 10ft grave keeper and the only one they had left was the display. Mind you this figure was/is around $250plus, which we had no issue paying. The issue was that when my husband asked if we can get one the manager rudely replied “that Is the only one we have and if you want it you have to take it down yourself”... umm excuse me?! We do not work here, you do. She offered to give us %10 off but honestly with that attitude we were disgusted and left. Definitely not professional at all.

Hours at the store location says open til 9pm on Sunday but is closed at 7.

What a disappointment! If you want to find your costume you better look on the floor for it. It looks like a bomb exploded inside the store.

Went in here to look at costumes. My 8 year old daughter had to use the bathroom. The associates at the store were very accommodating and showed us where the bathroom was. When we were attempting to make our way back to the front of the store we were confronted by a very hostile “assistant manager” who demanded that we leave because we were in an “employee only” area. When I refused to leave, because we did nothing wrong, he called the police. Once I spoke with the police, they agreed that this “assistant manager” is a “goof” who “calls all the time”. We will spend our money elsewhere.

Great selection at reasonable prices. Great charity tie in with local hospital Shriners!
