Just went to Savers les than 2 weeks ago. Very disappointed in organization, discounts, coupons, no dressing rooms and especially management and pricing. Prices have gone way up. My mom who went shopping with me said there was a pajama shirt there for 12.99. She said she purchased the whole outfit with pajama shirt and pants at that price at Walmart, Savers is selling one piece for that price, outrageous. This was my absolute best place to shop for used clothing because of organization,display and pricing now its just a disgrace. I used to go here atleast 10-12 times a year I will now go maybe 3 times in a year because they have the biggest selection of clothing available.

Lots of different things and especially clothes. Never know what you will find.

I went in for specific garment pieces and found exactly what I was looking for. Garments were clean and in great condition. Prices were very reasonable. The store is very orderly and clean. The cashier was courteous and helpful.

I can buy things sheeper at walmart. Savers has gotten to experience for a second hand store

This place used to be really great. Unfortunately, management seems to have become greedy as well as inconsiderate. Over the last year or so, the prices for all the items have more than doubled. Example, most shirts used to be $3 to $6 and are now $12 to $14. (These are Used shirts that savers gets for free). Worst of all, the dressing rooms to try on clothes have been Completely done away with. So there isnt a way to try anything on, now. What happened Savers? Why did you turn so utterly lame?

I love saving money and you certainly do here. Happy with my haul.However, there was a huge bug on a pair of pants and an employee just knocked the bug off, took the item away and kicked the bug elsewhere in the store. 🤮

There are a lot of cool options, however most things are priced very high for used clothing.

I appreciate the rewards program but honestly so many things are overpriced here, for example fast fashion brands that are known for bad quality like shein are priced double what you could buy them for brand new. its really disappointing that this place became so expensive, like arent thrift stores supposed to be affordable? i kinda am apprehensive to even wanna donate to savers anymore especially if anything im donating is new with tags :(

Im disappointed in the prices of this savers. Youre better off to watch for sales on new items rather than use this store. I usually like to support second hand goods but I wont shop here often.

Like my vintage jewelry and old good books always find great ones, the managers are great, the place is always clean

Savers is awesome. Prefer getting my clothes here over anywhere else. Plus its a great way to get rid of stuff without going straight to the landfill and being wasteful.

Clean but more than half of their items are priced just as high as big box stores making it pointless to even go there. Its a thrift store, I can get new clothes for the prices they have on used clothes

Todays color for the discount is silver there was not one mens collared shirt that was tagged silver. I noticed an employee taking silver tags out of the racks. I asked a manager why that employee would be taking silver tags out and she told me that the employees are taking out old tags to circulate new and old. I asked the manager how silver tags could be old if its the color of the day. She seemed confused. I wasnt the only one that noticed.

I found some great decor items plus some high-end blouses.Very happy!

Prices are getting a little expensive. I could go to Walmart and Target and find nicer clothes for the price. Staff was rude it’s not idea to have to go with kids, but we got looks and attitude from multiple employees

My Lady and I shop here all the time. Theres always great merchandise at reasonable prices. The staff is really cool, helpful and unobtrusive. My only gripe is I have yet to find a good pair of shoes befitting my personal preference and size. Otherwise, great job folks!!Big Ups!!

Nice and clean, but for used clothing, its to expensive. You have Walmart new pricing on used stuff.

I brought furniture for donation that had been in storage for several years. One of the pieces was a smoked glass tv table that was very dusty. They refused it because quote, When its dirty like that they usually throw it away. They dont really clean like that they just wipe it off and put it out. I will be donating my things to Safe Haven the thrift store that helps homeless animals from now on. They took the tables and a lot more stuff that Savers refused. They were very happy to have it because they truly care about the community and the animals.

Clean with a lot of clothing options. The checkout was slow.

Surprisingly they have a lot of nice little gadgets and sometimes carry some new fashion clothes. Prices arent that bad you could always find a little item that you needed.

We got several pieces of pants, shirts and were lucky enough to find a good pair of shoes that fit. We also found a wire cube shelving unit we have been looking for and we were going to spend almost $60 today for a new one. We ended up getting it for $10. You can even find some really good furniture here. We bought a sofa and matching love seat that looks brand new just had a small rip in a seam. Was able to see it and looks perfect got both for $60 total. Visit usually once a month.

This is a nicer thrift store. I come here when Im looking for cure clothes. You can often find items here that look new and/or never worn. They have a very small non clothes section and a very larger shoes and handbags section. They do have dressing rooms which is nice. The downside to this place is that the prices are often fairly high for a thrift store. Ive seen dresses as much as $18. However, you can still find good deals here, there just not as prevent as at a normal thrift store.

Our family loves Savers! Its our first stop for clothes, toys, cookware, movies, books, and more. Things are well organized. The cashiers are pleasant and friendly. The music they play over the speakers is even fun. Best thrift store in our experience.

Savers is a great place to save money! I just left there with 2 pieces of nice luggage for $3.99 each (half price)! Things are usually gently used, though they carry a few new items, as well. Its generally well-organized and clean, too. Theres a tag color of the week which is half price W-Su (then $.99 on Monday). Tuesdays yield a 30% discount for seniors (55+) and coupons and tax receipts are given for donations, the profit from which benefits kids with cancer. Great store, Great prices, and Great employees. Good quality used clothing.UPDATE: I wont disclose the employees name that helped me because she asked me not to.. But in a great time of need and only 100.00 to my name to clothe four children, this particular employee went above and beyond and helped me when she didnt have to. My children came out of there with more clothes then they probably needed. So thank you from the very bottom of my heart 💕❤️ to the Lady employee that helped my family.

Savers has a great selection of items and very good prices. I love that I can bring things I dont have use for and that I can always find what I need and more. Is like changing my closet every so often so I can always have room. And thir staff is always ready to help. I just love it!!!

I spent $40 and got 3 pairs of pants, 2 shirts, and 3 books! The people were nice. Tons of clothing in great shape, lots and lots of books, and more. Definitely will go there again.

Service has taken a dive in the last few years. Only 1 register open with a line of customers while a group of 4 employees were looking over the instructions of a board game behind the closed registers. Another group of 4 employees were standing in a circle by the front door talking and laughing. I was in line for almost 10 minutes and this is what I got to see the whole time I was there. Im done with savers!

Shopping at Savers is terrific! Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful (especially the young lady who helped me today) and I often find treasures for awesome prices. My favorite store!

Good place to shop and to take you slightly used items. They do have items that they are proud of, meaning they have them priced as if they were new. You have to make sure things work and that there are no stains and that the elastic is still good but for the most part this is a great place

I am very disappointed with my experience at savers today. Sometimes the population served at savers is lower income, Spanish speaking, and those who cannot afford otherwise, sometimes. If you fall into any of these categories (or not) does not give anyone the right to treat you like less of a person. I am going to complete a survey about my experience but I wanted to write this review to warn other customers and maybe bring awareness to Jenny about her attitude. I witnessed Jenny, an employee at savers, being very rude to the customer ahead of me at checkout. She ignored the womans questions, never smiled or made eye contact and rolled her eyes at the customer. When it was my turn she also ignored my question and looked annoyed when I was taking long to gather my items from the cart with my infant. Jenny, I hope you can change your attitude and be kind to others or look for a job where you dont have to deal with the public.

I have been a long time customer of this place and I recently noticed a change in staff. These new employees are terrible in the customer service department. I for one heard an employee tell a customer a little bit down from me “ Ummm, I’m mopping” as for the customer to move. I have heard employees talking bad about customers in front of me. It seems the employees are more concerned with chatting with each other than paying attention to the lines at the registers or if someone needs assistance with something at the glass counters. Also the tall white goofy manager is rude as hell, he must have been the one that hired this terrible crew.

Clothes is always organized. Have found some good items, some with original price tags! If you donate items you get a discount card.

Ive gone here several times for costumes and dress ups. They always seem to have such a great selection of what Im looking for. You can also sign up for their free club card to get extra deals!

Very good selection of product, neat and organized, way better than the Goodwill here. They have neat little bags of assorted related items and the prices are fantastic.

Really good place to shop. Nice staff. I notice posters are dissing this store, why? Cheap stuff, friendly management, like Joseph and Manny, great discounts, pretty girls who work hard as employees there, unloading clothes to the racks faster than lightning. All you posters should giveem a break. Ive never had any serious problems with them, and Ive been buying so long there I should have stock in the company or be on the board of directors. I think the staff does a great job, and all of them, management as well, should get a raise for putting up with us customers...Laters!

This thrift store is impeccable opposed to others in town. The items are gently used and prices fair.

I brought a pillow with back and arms. My favorite color. Took it home and used it on my bed. A couple mornings later my husband and I woke up with itchy bites over our bodies. Turned out to be bed bugs. It took almost a year for us to get rid of them. I WILL NEVER BUY ANY PILLOW UNLESS IT IS BRAND NEW. I WOULD RATE SAVERS A ZERO IN STAR RATINGS.

Dont purchase more than you can carry.I have been to this nice store several times over that last six or so months. When I saw the yelp reviews I thought that isnt the store I go to. I was wrong.The prices are super high considering that everything is donated. One review said that an item still had a price tag on it from the original store and the savers tag was higher than that! Its true to.I donate a lot because of a down size in my living arrangements. But wont anymore. Whats the point of donating nice stuff if people would be better off buying new? It would save them money instead of buying second hand.The worst cut of all? Dont buy more than you can carry. They dont supply bags any more you have to purchase them as well! Good lord even a dollar store provides a bag!!!So very greedy this seems to be to me. So I guess I will donate to my church from now on for there annual sale to support people less fortunate in my community. Instead of driving to this store. And dont be fooled they dont really seem to be giving to the charities that they have all over the front windows the cashier had no idea what I asked her about this.The only nice part, store is clean and well stocked the nice kid that took the dozen boxes in the back was friendly and efficient.Good bye to you savers (ps you should change your name to gouges and add those that dont read reviews)

Very high prices. An operation like this has overhead, but should be able to cover it in volume. How do they expect to sell a plastic utensil for more than youd pay new?

My spouse and I were told that Savers was a good place to find nice, used clothing and house wares . We went and I did find nice dresses and bedding that I needed. People who work there were friendly & helpful.

Savers doesnt always live up to its name, especially in housewares, where some things are marked more than their original price. That said, I sometimes do find good buys.
