I stop to have a hot meal at Country Pride restaurant and shower. To find out the restaurant was closed and the shower were broken and Bathrooms were a dumb.The people at the part department were very nice.All these truck stop have to realize that we need a good meal not fast food. These are like a second home.You should show more respect for us, we are tired and alone.This goes to all truck stop owners not just TA.Fix you stuff and open your restaurant. If you have them.Cause thats were I and many others go for a good hot meal after driving for 10hrs.

Dont get your truck fixed at night. I was there for 2 lights on my trailer. He took 5 minutes to look . The mechanic told me I cant do it go to the dealership. They charged me $89 for minutes. So I had to fix it my self I was tired that day thats why I wanted them to fix it. Never again lazy mechanic. It was the tall skinny guy

Spent the weekend here. Showers seem clean, great water pressure! Attendants super friendly and just plain awesome, as were all the cashiers behind the counters. Paul and Lidia at Taco Bell and Trish at Burger King were here all weekend, and they and their amazing sense of humor really made eating here enjoyable! According to the Weather Channel, this area has surprising few covid cases; I have eaten food I did not cook a literal handful of times this past 11 months, and was unfamiliar with menu changes. They were patient and all around fantastic. I had not one just average or below average interaction with anyone working here at the TA this weekend; everyone here is wonderful, and this is a great place to stay! Also, lots of parking.

Plentiful parking, even for doubles and oversize loads. Very clean and organized, staff is courteous and very helpful. Their showers were very nice and clean, great water pressure and temperature. They just recently opened a small chrome shop within the truck stop and its got nice inventory. The country pride restaurant is not open at this time due to COVID19 restrictions and neither the gym/workout room until further notice. The only restaurants open are Taco Bell, Pizza Hut Express and Burger King, which it has a drive thru you can order from and pick up. Dine in is allowed and it has the proper distancing and mask protocols in effect. They have a truck shop that offers preventive maintenance, tires, brakes, alignment services amongst the most common including road call breakdown services. Overall a very complete one stop all truck stop with plentiful amenities offered in both store and diesel fuel desk. Diesel pumps are well maintained and clean. If you need air for your tires the only air hose is just on the south corner where the entrance is facing the neighbor Pilot truck stop across the street. 5 🌟!

Waited for 5 hours to get oil Change and they end-up saying not having filters . Need to hire new experienced desk assistant replace with (karmell)

Stopped in here twice during a trip from Arizona to Texas. I have been here multiple times over the years. Because the gas pumps at TA had trouble reading our cards, we didnt think twice about the cashier asking to physically see our card at Taco Bell on the return trip. Wouldnt you know it, we get back to Phoenix and four days later someone has made THREE purchases of $83 each in New Mexico. So, I guess Red (tiny letters on his nametag) is in the side business of ID theft. Will never go back here during future trips

The staff are absolutely the most wonderful people ever! Kind and helpful. Especially Robert and Gerad (sorry if I spelled it wrong). If you need gas or really anything this is a great place for it!

Fantastic service in the service department. After having a terrible experience at the TA in Eloy AZ, Alan and Austin saved the day for me here. Super friendly, professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Had me back on the road in no time, with repairs done quickly and correctly with attention to detail. Id have no problem recommending this location to anyone needing repairs. Thanks guys!

The store is ok. But, and I can’t stress this enough, BE CAREFUL HERE! Late yesterday afternoon a man stole onions off of our trailer. We parked on the front row right behind the fuel pumps. He was caught, only because somebody called the cops as he was stealing the onions. We’ll never park overnight here again but if anybody decides to I would rethink that decision. I’m posting a picture of the guy so truckers know what he looks like.

Low stars only cause way way WAY to expensive. Tables are wobbly so are chairs. All tables needed to be cleaned. I paid 20.00 for 2 medium drinks 1 personal cheese pizza and 1 pepperoni. See pic of size of tiny pizza.

Showers are new and exceptionally clean, water pressure was awesome, plenty of hot water for a nice long shower. Highly recommend them both as good shower and i felt very comfortable with the cleanliness and safety

Great lil restaurant, which originally use to be the fork in the road gasoline is about the same price any where else in town👌 lots of little trinkets and road gifts! I recommend you check it out on your way out of town😉

Number 4 shower room is Very nice!

I like the level of service received. My issue is with the RV dump station. At every dump station weve been to, there is always potable water to flush out hoses and fill our tank. In this case there was not, and it wasnt made clear at the time of payment. We were unable to complete the dump, and the mgr. gave us a refund. Happy trails!

Nice place to eat. Great soup and salad bar, try the green chile soup. Hamburgers and fries are second to none. Chicken fingers are good as is the shrimp basket. Might want to stay away from the meat loaf.

Had lunch with my family and we were treated very well. Our waitress was very courteous and attentive. Food was cooked to order. Definitely recommend.

Very expensive for small things. Was asked for and ID for $10 purchase. Was followed around store. Did not require pink people to wear mask but browns were stopped upon entering, made wait in line tail mask was handed to them. Kayla was very rude and disrespectful.

One of the nicest TAs in the country. Restaurant still close, though.

The store is clean. Clean bathrooms and Laundry facility. Construction going on at the fuel pumps so limited to 2 pumps at present. Employees were very pleasant and helpful. Has restaurant, food was good and also has Burger King, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell. Only downfall is the food facilities dont open until 6 New Mexico time.

Night shift mechanics were awesome! they took care of my oil leak and flat tire fast. cool dudes too.

Very friendly service and delicious fresh home-made soups . They usually always have green Chile soup made with NM Chile and hamburger and potatoes and then a milder souo. Their salad bar is one of the best in town. They have a wide range of veggies chopped small enough to eat better and fruits: different melons, grapes, etc. and salads. Salad bar is always maintained and fresh. Their restrooms at the truck stop are always clean. :)

This place was the only one decent enough not to start gouging people for gas the day before the holiday weekend. They were 2.59 when everyone else jumped up (some of them .38 overnight) to 2.79. Thanks for being decent when everyone else is robbing us.

Good service but very high prices and very low food quality. My husband and I ordered country fried chicken and after a few hours we felt sick.

Clean store with large bathrooms and very pleasant staff here. They have plenty of food choices including Burger King, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, and still have the sit down restaurant Country Pride with salad bar.

The wife and I ate at the Country Pride restaurant inside this TA location. Food was good tasting, and the waitress was very friendly, although we did stand around a little bit before being noticed and told we could seat ourselves wherever we liked. A sign to this effect would be nice.I have also used the showers here, and the were very clean and fully supplied with freshly cleaned towels, shampoo, basically everything youd need. They were a little expensive at $14 for a shower, but they will let couples share one shower, which cuts the cost in half. They are a nice layout, having plenty of space for the lavatory, toilet, and the actual shower stall.

Will definitely never return to this place...terrible service, long wait for anything, anytime, doesnt make a difference what time of day or night...and most of all, how do you have a service shop and your mechanics cant do a tire? Now you have to wait for the tire technician to come back off of his road service call which may take all night. If this place wasnt under the TA name they wouldnt have business at all. I didnt want to rate them even with one star.

The only reason this place does not get a 5 star from me is that it does not have a 24hr resurant. Otherwise it has plenty of clean restrooms and showers along with friendly and funny staff. Good drivers lounge and even an exercise room.

The showers were great !! Friendly porters willing to go that extra mile ... Now the restaurant is a different story.. service was extremely slow even though the restaurant was damn near empty my food looks like something that got regurgitated.. would have been better off going b.c. to BK or Taco Bell for breakfast.

The place is big and has good variety of snack, drinks, souvenirs, and medicine. All fast food places have amazing service and are very cooperative:)

Very poor customer service they don’t keep there appointment on time 30 to an hour I would understand but 4 hours after appointment time is very bed. I’m on ELD log they don’t understand. But every body wants there delivery on time.

Fixing a flat tire is taking 2 h waiting time to get in and another 1h, at 2pm afternoon, they have only 1 truck in the bays, cost around $65.Don’t even try to fix it with this guys.In Fontana CA a flat tire cost me $20.

They closed down the country pride restaurant. Theyre putting in a burger king in its place. Fast food is nice once in a while, but at the end of a long driving shift its always nice to have a meal at a restaurant, or visit the buffet and/or salad bar.

This place is always clean including the restrooms which is really great & the employees are super nice.

Stopped and had work done on my truck didnt finish the work and charged about 4 hundred dollars then smarts off at me because I caught it NO More T/A ever

Found the dump station for the RV very easily and the clerk was most helpful with instructions on what was required to use it.

Country Pride stays open till 11pm (2300) and has good food and great service! Plenty of parking and fast food selections are above the norm. Will be back!

There are very clean restrooms available to the public. The store is also very clean and well maintained. For any truckers looking for a pit stop, I recommend this place.

Great service. They have several choices in restaurants. Nicely remodeled. Clean showers, very spacious bathroom and shower. My only dislike was the showers were a little more expensive, probably due to the remodel. Overall, great TA. I look forward to coming back. Nice game room and lots of parking.

Ive seen nice truck stops over the years when I was a truck driver. Its been 20yrs since I was behind the wheel of a semi, now Im retired, and I use them as a place to eat, shower, and rest as I travel the usa exploring this beautiful country.this particular TA truck stop is very exceptional as far as good service, clean showers, variety and quality of food items, not to mention, abundant parking, well stocked shelves and a very clean overall appearance, and sincerely friendly staff. One clerk even went out of his way to show me to a particular store was by letting me follow him as he was leaving to go home, unfortunately, I didnt get his name, small framed w/ some tats, very congenial and affable young man. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. Im so glad these truck stops exist its part of what makes this country so special to live in, Sincerely, Richard L. Graves.

This is one of my favorites truck stops to dine in. The showers are always sparkling lean, the food is great and plenty of parking spots any time of the day. The service shop is attended by professional and knowledgeable personnel. Two thumbs up for this great place.

TERRIBLE...I USSALY LOVE TA TRUCK STOPS country pride...BUT I GUESS NOT THIS ONE..I ORDERED spaghetti and meatballs...then they said their out...so they said they would substitute it with chicken..ok..but they forget to tell me so n say for alot more money... Then finally 45 minutes LATER...they bring it out...the spaghetti was dry n hard..the sause tastes like tomato paste.the chicken was ok..then I heard the table beside me complain...they all got steaks and every one was cooked wrong.Listen Im not looking for a personal chef...just food that you would eat and pay for..

We just stopped here for gas and restroom breaks both times on our round trip, but both times I was impressed with the clean restrooms and clean store. What I appreciated about the design of the restrooms was the fact that the non-handicap stalls were normal person width, so you arent touching both walls while trying to do your business or having to press up against the toilet to open the door. Thank you TA!They also have 4 choices of restaurants to eat at if youre looking for a variety. They have a Country Pride, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, and Burger King! When we come back through with our three kids, this might have to be our new stop for eating as well.

The restaurant here was surprisingly good for a truck stop greasy spoon (think Dennys with a salad bar). Also two other fast food options available at this location.

Huge lot for trucks, inside the store seems a little outdated, but typlical. Pretty decent taco bell, burger King and Pizza Hut inside to eat. Staff seems friendly. Showers are nice, good amount of hot water. Good place to spend the night.

My wife and I had breakfast.She ordered the chopped steak & eggs told Natile how she wanted I had Philly omelette.Her chopped steak was a hambger over done. Should of took a few dollars off my dog didnt even eat it.New cook just started 2 weeks ago. Other complaints next to use to.Use to be a good place to eat! Not anymore!

Shop was very busy, not enough techs. Restaurant closes at 11:00pm, fast food places close at 10:00pm. Employees were friendly and helpful, inside was clean, restrooms too. Need more employees. Overall, one of the better ones around.

Stopped for a bite to eat. Went to the Taco Bell, but since it is TA owned the double there prices.2 dollars for a hard shell taco. If you dont want to over pay for the same food that you could get cheaper anywhere else then dont go to a TA. Boo TA for your corruption and taking advantage of travellers AND I will no longer stop at any TA. L I know since one TA is over charging they must be all over charging. Loves, Pilots, Flying J here I come. No more TA when traveling the USA for me.

Rip off road service. Make calls and try to find someone else! Billed me $265 dollars to change 2 tires (I provided spares) 10 miles down the road. Claiming it took 2 hours! They take their sweet time to do things then charge you for it. And if you argue with them they threaten to shut off your truck and not let you leave! The “supervisor” told me it was totally fine if he lost my business for next time.

The TA in Las Cruces was probably one of the better places in the TA line.Clean, nice people, good parking. It is a TA, though. If it wasnt for the shop, I would never go to a TA again.Their prices have gotten ridiculous, their driver rewards is now a joke, and with the exception of this and several other locations, their overall service doesnt even qualify above par.When it was just TA, they were my favorite stop. Then they joined with Petro and you could see things starting to change.Now that the pretty much under the Marriott Hospitality Corporation umbrella, they are no longer even close to my favorite.

TA was good ...Country Pride restaurant wasnt...they are slow and we waited 25 mins and still no food ...had our drinks but we waited and waited..finally had to leave and go someplace else...

Overall the place is pretty clean for a truck stop. For the driver they have a TV room, exercise room to just and relax a bit. Good pressure in the showers.
