The people there are great 👍 and very helpful in every which way the service is way better than the other one

I was asking for help to the lady pharmacist looking for some specific vitamins, I am a regular good client of this pharmacy, she told me all rude if you couldnt find them there we dont have them, I said well the other day someone nicely helped me to find them she said well wait, I did wait for her and she never came to me so I decided to leave the store I ordered my same vitamins in Amazon delivered to my home no big deal, but the point I was there I wanted right there and her poor professional disposition to help the clients SMH.

James was a great employee. He was calm and professional when he had a backed up line. He asked politely for a customers permission with 30 coupons if he could check the rest of the customers. She agreed. He is an awesome employee. Yall should give him a great raise plus bonus. Thanks James.

Terrible customer service. The pharmacist blatantly lied several times instead of just apologizing or trying to help, ran out of excuses and was quick to blame me. CVS has interesting policies and employees TO SAY THE LEAST.

Doesn’t provide any public restrooms... really?!?

Horrible associates. Followed me around like I was stealing, then asked me where all my items where when I exited the bathroom....I answered in my cart....and he then walked away....not to verify if they were actually in my cart. I returned to my cart and across the store held up my items that had remained in the cart....so he could see them. Arent they supposed to stay in the cart....no merchandise beyond this point....so he kicked me out. Because I wasnt stealing. 👌

Counter help was the rudest I’m come across in a long time, if you don’t like your job, QUIT.I went to the counter to pay for some food items, the young Hispanic woman did not greet me or say a single word to me. I was not offered a receipt or spoken to AT ALL...Poorest customer service I’ve received in a long time, will not be coming back that is a fact, and I will share this experience with everyone I know.

It is the only place my mother can find the shampoo and conditioner she needs as she is allergic to mostly everything else.

I was not familiar with CVS before moving close by. This pharmacy seemed to be minimally staffed, always had to wait for service even when no one else was being served. They frequently could not fill prescriptions completely or at all. Apparently the pharmacy needs to predict what they will need when they order stock so they rarely have uncommon medications.?The Pharmacy manager was horrible to deal with, rude and terse.

Excellent customer service at this location.; we tried switching to a closer cvs but have returned to this one.

I stood in line as the cashier refused to sell a WWII vet who was obviously well over 80 y/o a four pack of Busch Light because he couldn’t find his ID. Cashier claimed it was store policy and was not willing to call for management.
