Called looking for a part for my computer. They did not have it in stock. So I was refered to a place that did.I appreciated the help.

Although they were able to replace my laptop screen, they cracked the screen plate that goes around the screen. Not a professional job. (see attached pictures) Payed around $250 to replace a $70 screen to just make my computer look like a piece of junk. Would not recommend.

These guys are very helpful and do fantastic work. Explaining the what, who, when and where for all your I.T. needs! They even polished my laptop that is a nice touch.

Needed to fix my ethernet, they had several options, and sold me one, and said if it doesnt work I can bring it back. That other computer shop said theyd charge me $15 if I wanted to make sure it worked, and if I tried it and returned it theyd charge me a restocking fee. Goodbye other shop, finally found some good folks, at least it seems so this far.

After our computer was compromised by an on line fraud, we brought our unit into ONPOINT to see what could be done. I showed up five minutes before they closed with a weird request, needing a way to recover data from a 20 year old, outdated hard drive. They were more than willing to help me solve my problem, digging through stacks of cables/adapters until finding something that would work for me. Will definitely do business with them again!

I highly recommend OnPoint Computer Solutions. OnPoint have helped me with all my computer needs from virus to computer diagnostics and repair. They are always available, very knowledgeable, customer friendly and when I need help only a phone call away.

I would not take my computer here ever again! I dont know much about computers so I took my hand-me-down laptop in to be fixed because it would not charge. They chraged me 125 bucks to fix my computer. I had to take it back and leave it with them for an additional 5 days. They then told me that I had the wrong charger for my computer and tried to sell me one for $35. I said I would not buy it from them and got a charger on amazon for $8. They totally ripped me off.

Great customer service and love the fact that they are locally owned! OnPoint has sponsored the 4-H Pygmy Project Southern State Fair Buckles two years in a row! As a 4-H member I love doing business with a company that gives back to its community!!
