I just needeneeded some copies made. The young lady at copy center was very friendly & helpful. A real joy to do business with!!!

When I visited there was no other customer in the store, even then the staff was very rude and I understand if it’s peak hour or something but with only being us there and still show rudeness. If it wasn’t urgent I wouldn’t have stood there another second.We got lucky there was another girl who was able to help us and she was normal like any other professional.

AWFUL SERVICE FRIDAY MAY 21 10a approx.Went to customer desk to the right as you enter, wanted to buy stamps. Woman in glasses on the phone and no hurry to help me.When she did help, she got stamp order wrong. Also lots of trash around bldg. Ugly sight.

I was amazed how mean rude and supper unprofessional some employees and the manager woman are especially the manager she is all of the above!! Everything she does is never never in a good spirit. always Bad vibes and bad energy she always screaming she never speaking quiet when she speak all the store need to hear that she is very very rude.If you people want to ruin your day you go to this store that’s the perfect solution for you always bad energy and bad vibes in there.Shopping experience?! I ordered Pike Place Smooth and Balanced K-cups, I got Chocolate & Toasted Nut. The only good thing is the store said they will take it back and refund the money back to my card.

The store personnel here are outstanding. They have always helped me, especially when it comes to my partnership business. They helped me to understand how to get involved with the business program & how it helps us. The Print Service Center employees have always been very helpful. Once, I emailed them some documents to be printed. They never got the email. I called my daughter to resend it. 3 minutes later, they still hadnt received it. The Asst. Mgr. emailed me through my personal email. My daughter replied with the documents attached. This time they received them. I was able to get them printed and go to my meeting without spending 30 mins finding a different print service shop that could receive my emailed documents to be printed. OVERALL: 5 Stars!

Office Max (now Office Depot) is a great store. I have shopped at this location for well over 15 years. They seem to be able to keep or provide a good staff and I almost always find what I need at reasonable prices. This is my go-to-store for office supplies. My second choice is Staples. Thank you for all your years of service!

Wish I could give NO STARS. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in purchasing office furniture. #1 -Bought desk at store, found out they gave me wrong desk after I had hauled and unpacked it. Had to pack it back up and take back to store. #2- they said mistake happened because the desk I chose was order only, agreed to deliver August 2.. #3 Waited from August 2-August 5 for desk to be delivered, called several times over the course of those few days, the answer was always we spoke to delivery guy and you are there next stop. THEY NEVER CAME. #4- I cancelled order, went back to get my refund and was told corporate would send me a check within 10 days. It is now August 31, I received a check for $20.00, my refund should have been $409.97. They have the absolute worst systems in place, all of the corporate customer service reps speak with an accent so thick, you have to try and decipher every word. Still trying to get money back! I just purchased over $3000 worth of printers, computers and desks elsewhere. I will never ever shop there again. Only good thing I can say is they have very sweet local staff that are forced to carry out their horrendous customer service policies.

II asked how I could send it to her she said however i want it then I sent it though email and she was saying how my service was slow because she was not getting it my email her end but on my end it said sent ! I am a officemax customer and I will not be coming back to this location.

They are amazing!! Every time I have gone, they have given exceptional service. I dont go anywhere else now because of it. You will not be disappointed

Office Max has office supplies. Theres not much more to say about it. This store is at a busy shopping center (e.g. Target), so be prepared for a full parking lot. Good place to stock up on supplies or get print jobs done.

Between Office Max and Staples, I now pick Office Max as my go-to office supply store.Staples used to be good until they wiped their entire team two years ago; they have done nothing but spiral ever since.The Office Max Team may have a few members who are less invested in their job, but the service has been better and more attentive without protracted wait times - especially in their copy center. I have had signature stamps made while I wait in the store, copies made, books rebound from a glued spine to punched and spiral bound - and the costs have been surprisingly good making me feel like I have gotten quite a good value for my money.The big pricing differences I notice come in terms of writing instruments: I shop around for deals on purpose because I like good pens and can run thru ink at a staggering pace sometimes (at my worst I can empty a gel ink refill in less than a week).Office Max/Depot and Staples will both honor prices from other retailers, but the retailer does matter. Staples actually has the upper hand (to the best of my knowledge) as of the time of this review as they are offering a 110% price match guarantee, knocking an additional ten (10) percent off of the competitor price, but as a whole they still pale in comparison to Office Max, and that has been the case since their failed bid to buy out Office Depot and all of its holdings.

Its an office supply store, how good can it really be? Meets expectations, I think that is the greatest an Office Max can aspire to.

The condition of the sections I was shopping in were DEPLORABLE. The customer service was less than poor. The attitude of the shift manager was questionable. The front desk told me to go on-line and look up what I needed, instead of offering to get on the web-site for me on the spot, they only have 4 computers at their disposal. Customer Service obviously is not something this store strives for. I am a Nationally Accredited Professional, and a Licensed and Bonded Contractor here in New Mexico, and I will never shop at OfficeMax again, or recommend their establishment to anyone. Professionals need professional grade everything, even if this store does offer things of this nature, I cant tell.

I have two compliments actually. One in praise of Sandra who walked me through getting my Christmas letter copied. She was thorough, efficient and my letter looked amazing. Whats more it done in a relatively quick time. She made a hassle effortless (at least on my end). Thank you, Sandra and Office Max/Office Depot Las Cruces team.Second, friends of our moved to Las Cruces recently and on the way their moving van (Allied) caught fire and all of the furnishings and more were lost. Office Max/Office Depot Las Cruces, helped them copy the paperwork necessary to submit to insurance. Naturally, theyve been devastated. The Office Max/Office Depot employee spent well over an hour helping them with the paperwork, and when it came time to pay, they were shocked at the cost. The employee said to them, Well, isnt this what Christmas is all about? The Las Cruces Store is definitely creating happy customers who plan to make this store a regular. Thank you again!

This store used to be my go-to for office supplies. On this last visit the store seemed a bit rundown and while the staff were courteous and offered help, they seemed clueless as to where the item I needed was located and didnt know how to look it up. Also, the prices are too high for the selection of available products.

The local store does an excellent job helping us everytime we need. I will always do business with this store.

I walked into Office Max for the first time and was blinded by how white and dull this building was.I walked up to the copy center desk to be very awkwardly semi greeted by the young lady there. She wasnt asking me questions or seeing what I would need. Luckily I had worked at STAPLES and knew exactly what I wanted. The lack of interest she showed made me feel like I was bothering her. I stood there waiting for her to get my email so she could print my picture and she continued to ignore me and write things down. I mean you usually ask simple questions (what type of paper? how many? etc) I went to this location because it was close to where I was BUT Id rather drive out of my way to go to Staples.

Atmosphere is welcoming. Employees are cheerful and helpful.
