I was able to set up monthly payments. The debt is slowly reducing and is correctly reflected on my credit report now. I am grateful the representative I spoke to has been nice and if she ever misses my call she always calls back.I have also received letters in the mail stating I have paid for the month. It gives me peace of mind I have a paper trail.
Absolutely no research was done on their part prior to messing with my credit. They are rude and created a false date for a debt that did not belong to me.
Dont be rude to people serving your food.
The customer service agent that contacted me was extremely rude and condescending. When trying to speak with her she continually raise her voice and try to speak over me. Thankfully I was able to talk to a supervisor and she was able to give me all the information I need and helped me resolve my issue.
This place is terrible. The only way I have found out I had an account with them is through credit karma. They contacted me over the phone about my account and I told them I was unable to pay them right now do to other medical bills I had come in. They then called my husband asking if they could combine our accounts he said no but asked for an itemized bill. Once reviewing the little statements saying they were from the hospital and an amount (no details of the service provided) I offered them a settlement on 3 of the accounts that I would be able to pay with my credit card. I spoke with a woman named Andrea and the manager Linda. They refused the offer, combined our accounts, and reported my bills on his credit report that are already being reported on mine. I will be contacting an attorney on Monday. They also tried to make us think they were going to do a wage garnishment on his check until I made it clear that we know our rights.

I gave them a 1 only because a zero isnt available. BY LAW they must provide anyone with dates of services and charges /ICD 9 codes, or remove the chargers from your credit report . Its been 2-3 months and they still havent Emailed me the info as they said they would do within 2 days. I have reported them today to the BBB and tomorrow Ill report them to the NM Attorney General.
I have been turned to this collection agency by hospital who can not keep his billing update. My bill was paid in full but they were unable to make any corrections to my credit report.This business is bad!!!!
