Some trash outside as you walk in. Inside seemed clean and very roomy. Good service,but a different method on picking up your order compared to other Starbucks. Good tasting spinach wrap and green tea.

I give this page a 2 only because the consistency of Starbucks Coffee.Do your self a favor and take the extra five minutes to drive to the next Starbucks.This Starbucks is horribly slow, and I can’t emphasize that enough. For the love of God, stop asking my name in the drive-through it just hurry up and give me a coffee. if I want to personalize experience I would go inside the café and say hello, the drive-through should equate to quick service get in get out oh, I’m on my way to work so give me a coffee so I can go.As I write this review I would like to drop it to one or zero stars Just because I get so aggravated as to the week time when I go through the Starbucks. Do yourself a favor avoid the aggravation and go to the next Starbucks folks

Ordered ahead on the app. They hady drink ready as soon as I got there but it didnt taste right. Ive had it before but this time it tasted like milk 😔 but they did not hesitate to make it up. Not once, not twice but 3x they made me a drink that I was happy with!!! The girls were very nice and helpful. I felt bad them making me so many but I am 100% happy with what i left with and how great their customer service was!! Thank you!!

Good morning. On reading some of the comments, I must agree, just left and ordered a simple coffee with 2 creams and 4 sugars. I got a Gr Pike PLace, 3 sugars with cream. Im at work at a store that Im responsible for opening on time. And now i have a horrible cup of coffee because it has no sugar whats so ever. Thank you. Starbucks has never been my favorite. But Id give a 3 and half stars if I could. There Danish is pretty good.

Wait times can be frustrating. Staff is nice and the new process they have implemented at the drive through with the tablet has made a difference.

Just left This location, after waiting forever, finally got my drink and it was not what I ordered. When I asked how much longer, lady had a horrible attitude.

This location is almost always slammed, but the workers seem to take it in stride, always great service.

This used to be my favorite location, because they were always friendly. I think the customer service has gone down hill. They are very slow, and dont appear to have a lot of training. The line is long, not becuse of the amount of customers, but in my opinion, becuse of the inefficiency and disorganization of the staff.

A standout Starbucks that’s for sure, it’s aesthetics are much different than the rest of the ones here in Cruces. Very spacious and they have craft cold brew on tap!!! It’s definitely a nice location and like all the starbucks here, the staff are amazing!

Nice place to sit and have a coffee. Store is modern and new. Staff is friendly as well. Long waits sometimes and have had more order incorrectly made but only once.

Industrial style Starbucks located on HWY 70 and Sonoma Ranch is a great addition to the growing area. The look is different than the other Starbucks in town. Lots of open space and tables plus a double drive thru. Staff was very friendly and mobile ordering is available at this location.

This iscmy favorite Starbucks, never had a wrong order - even the complicated things. Service is always fast and friendly.

Wait time is horrible. Youre better off driving and stopping at the one on lohman or commerce. And dont expect to show up to work on time you will be there for 30 minutes trying to get your order

The line was VERY long lol. I waited for about 20-25 minutes to pick up a mobile order. Understandable right now because of the current Covid restrictions. The staff was super friendly and were pumping those drinks out to keep the line moving. Ive gone at different times in the day and the lines vary, this time I went was a peak time, my order was perfect so that was great!

Been a noticable downturn in services quality. Among the slowest Sbucks Ive encountered across eleven states. It seems understaffed most visits (2 or 3 most every week). Drivethrough staff poorly trained in the simple niceties of dealing with customers. Youre wearing a mask ( thank you) - now understand that you have to talk louder. Tonights late night order attempt, met with, Were not doing frappaccinos right now. No, Sorry. No, explanation. Nothing else. Funny, no liquids and still left with a bad taste in our mouths. In fairness, there is a noticeable positive difference in the staff at work in the daytime.

Worst starbucks I have been to. 1st didnt have any of the refreshers I was asking for, finaly asked for a very berry hibiscus and was they were able to make it, when they made it and had no berries. Told them about the problem and they did not want to return my money. Ordered venti drinks and they served them in trenta cups with half missing because they did not have any venti cups. Very poor managment at this location would rate a 0 if possible. I go to Starbucks often but will avoid this particular location, it was a total joke.

Service is super slow. Weve visited a few times in the last week. Each time is mobile order and our order has not been ready by the time we arrive, even when there are no vehicles in drive thru. Recommend faster service. My first time was a 30 min wait. Not what Im used to.

I love a good coffee always

I loved the service, up until I had to pay. I dont carry cash on me most of the time, I just use my card so I wanted to leave a tip especially with what the world is going through and the cashier was very polite and friendly and so was the lady who took my order through the drive through, so come time to pay for my drinks I wanted to add the tip and I guess it was a manager that said that they dont do that on cards? And im thinking really? You can in every other place when you use your card. So I apologized to the cashier and she told me its ok she appreciates me wanting to leave the tip anyway and for me to have a blessed day! I told her again I was sorry I hoped she have a blessed day as well... I dont understand why I couldnt add the tip? Other Starbucks you can. So my advice is they should change that, especially since most people pay with cards.

One of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The staff is nice but the line is always long, service is slow even when the line is short, and their nitro machine seems to be broken half the time. When it does work they sometimes make the nitro cold brew wrong anyways. Go to another Starbucks if you can.

Busy in the morning as expected, but the staff is wonderful and incredibly polite and friendly! The orders were taken quickly and everyone, even in the drive-through were wearing masks and gloves.

This is quite possibly the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. I visit this Starbucks frequently on the way to my brothers house. At least they are consistent, no matter the time, no matter the length of line, they will be ridiculously slow.

While getting my coffee, my car got locked into park and I couldn’t move it for a few minutes and went up and told them at the window. The workers were so kind and patient and the whole interaction made my day 💕

Customer service 101: you send out the complete order together, not make people wait 20 minutes in between.

Today I was at that Starbucks and I ordered a drink, there was a long line, I waited for like 20 min they took my order, I waited for 20 minutes until the 2 cars in front of me were finished, finally they charged me very quickly and then they left me waiting there for almost 30 min more. When they came back they asked me what was my order was. Then they left me waiting again like 20 minutes more to finally give me my drink and when I tasted it, it wasnt what I ordered, so I’m very frustrated with this Starbucks and will thinks twice about going again. It’s not the first time I’ve had trouble buying from here if I ever go again it won’t be the last. Please fix this.

I dont consider myself the typical Starbucks customer BUT, Im becoming a fan simply because of their pleasant customer service. Ive never had a bad experience (I only go about once per month).

This is the newest Starbucks in town & perhaps the largest. Location is convenient for people who live on the North end of town & for folks driving on I-70.

Rapid service. Accurate service. Friendly service. Coffee tasted just as expected. Atmosphere was perfect for chatting with a friend. Quiet.

This location can get a little busy. And I always order here through the drive thru as its on my way to work. However its never terrible. Staff is always extremely nice and my drink order can be complicated but theyve perfected it and some of the staff even know me by order. Id recommend!

Lin refused to try and apply our coupon that Ive earned. So now I have to tell corporate to fix this. Ive worked for Starbucks, if your scanner doesnt work you apply it manually. There wasnt a line either. She didnt put any effort into it at all. :(.At least the drink was good.This was on 9/7/19 at 5:42pm.

This is my third visit to this location. The staff is always friendly and attentive. They have made an effort to care about my visit. The location is new. It has a different layout from other Starbucks that I have been to. I like the way it is set up. What keeps it from getting 5 stars is my first two visits they did not have chocolate chip cookies. The cold brew is on tap. I really enjoy a good cold brew.

The staff here are very friendly. However, they can never get my drink order right. I go to this location Monday-Friday (closest to me and on my way to work). Other than that, everything is great. I understand they’re trying to get everyone out in a timely manner, but I wish they’d pay more attention to the orders.

Updating my post due to the Amazing customer service from one individual that i think its worth pointing out. Still taking a long while to get a drink in comparison to their sister stores in town.

Great atmosphere, wide open and Clean. Staff was smiling and about business. I would happily meet clients there.

I asked for no ice and it was on the ticket for the drink and still they put ice. If they make simple mistakes like this, and I asked for extra scoop of berries it makes me wonder if They even did that. If I am not mistaken we have to pay for extra things. If you are not capable of reading no ice and putting no ice, then what makes me think your not cheating me out of items I paid for. The quality of hot drinks I have had from this location has also diminished. I knew I was going to stop buying hot drinks from here but now I think I will stop buying anything all together. That is really unfortunate because this is the only Starbucks on this side of town but it is what it is. May I add I paid four dollars and something for 3/4 cup of ice! This chain is such a rip off! The flavor of the cold drinks is good but what they provide you after the ice is minimal and not worth it. I have took and kept a photo as a reminder why I will never go here again!

The lighting in the whole place was super bright. I understand people use the space to study, but not everyone is a student. Maybe making a section with some softer lighting for conversations and meetings. Tables were dirty. No background music was playing but I couldnt remember if this was typical of Starbucks. My drink was ok but it couldve used less ice, 3 drinks in and i was done. Overall a 3 star.

Addictive but hey, I need me caffeine so when I order ah “Trent ah iced coffee w/ 3 espresso shots, 7 pumps of s/f vanilla and ah dash of skim milk” and Starbucks makes it they do an exceptional job. Especially this specific one at that so thx, means ah lot!
