Friendly environment and welcoming. Love the clothes items I can find here for my daughter.

I live right across the street from the local shopping mall where Hot Topic is located. Ive had better luck in the past with this store in regards to finding really cool tee shirts, nail polish (for my Lady), earrings and assorted body jewelry, and even a few patches for my vest.Its been slim pickings lately though. I havent made a single purchase there in the last ten or so visits. I suppose hope springs eternal because I seem to duck in there for a look around every time I go to the mall, or through it on my way to the bus stop on the other side of the mall. Cest la vie!!

I love the products but I love the guest service even more. Everyone is always so friendly and so sweet!

Hottopic has been stepping their game on anime merch my daughter loves, also some funko pop and popular manga for those who live on a small town and its hard to get your hands on stuff like that. Not to mention the coupons you get when you make some purchases and give you points to use in your purchase when you collect certain amount when you sign up.

Staff is extremely helpful. For someone who collects pops they are very patient with all the questions I have. Keep up the good work

Me and my husband have always loved shopping here! Today we had a horrible experience with a rude worker, who obviously has no manners what so ever. My husband called the store to make a complain about this worker, who turned out to be the store manager. Not only was she rude to my husband on the phone...she also hung up on him. I love this store so I wont stop coming just because this miserable person (STORE MANAGER) does not know how to act. Thankfully we were able to get a hold of headquarters and speak to district manager. He was very professional and polite,and he apologized for what happened. Hopefully they will speak to her and give her proper training because she obviously has no skills to be a store manager. Good customer service goes a long ways! It is sad that this person is representing this store!

The manager and the employee helped me in finding everything I needed for I was going for my daughter for a nose piercing, then found alot of winnie the pooh stuff I hadnt seen anywhere else, I got a backpack, a pin, a cup omg and do many other things, the manager helped me personally, also gave me a great discount!! Thank yall for not stereotyping me and I can honestly say I havent had GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE in a long time !! Bravo!! Keto up the great work!!

Favorite place to shop, I mean for my daughter, lol and theyre always playing great music. Prices are pretty decent as well. Love their sales, usually have two for one or half price deals.

The store in Las Cruces always has a friendly staff. I enjoy the new items that come in, they are displayed in such a manner that your attention is drawn straight to them! You cant resist the Hot Cash incentive they offer!

Band shirts, toys, tv show apparel, cologne and perfume... Dressy clothes... Costumes... And I can use the excuse, My Kids... Ya know.... When really it is I, the most patient father... Repeadetly asking..., are we there yet?

I love this place i go there every chance I get and although I dont buy things from there everytime its still an awesome place to be. Absolutely love it!!!

This is a nice hot topic, they have shirts, belts, band merch, anime stuff, jewelry, backpacks, makeup, jeans, swim suits in the summer

You need to carry more shirts mens sizes 2x and 3x . they sell out too fast

Fantastic sales and great customer service..we found alot of bargains..the service we received from them was beyond a hello and goodbye..they went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied and well taken care of..our shopping there was enjoyable and using the coupons they had given us by email was no trouble at all..will be going back more often..love the sales.
