Walked into the shop after many around town. I was looking for a puffco atomizer. They didn’t have any on hand either. I figured I’d go on my way. When the guy helping me went above and beyond and pulled one for me off the actual puffco for sale. It made my day and probably my whole week. Best customer service I’ve seen from a smoke shop.

Bought a vape from here, shortly after using the disposable I became sick. Its very easy for shops to buy counterfeit products online for 50 cents each in bulk. I used the code on the box of the product to see if it was legitimate. Product was not.

Went in about a week go, the kid there wasnt very knowledgeable of any of the products, acted like he was but when I went too ask about a certain product had no idea what I was talking about, i went into the shop knowing what I wanted, the DR DABBER or something similar, which he said was his favorite piece to use was the dr dabber and was all excited about it, but didnt even know how to put the water in it and when I asked If you guys could order extra battery for it, he acts like im dumb, and says it doesnt take batteries its just a built in battery, which its does have a battery you can remove, and so you can have a back up, there just trying sell you stuff here, just make sure that you do a lil research on what you want if buying something more costly, than just a pack of papers, all in all there store prolly has the best prices in town as well as some more expensive quality stuff too, Great selection as well.maybe Ill go back.....

This is probably the best smoke shop Las Cruces, New Mexico USA. in the former location of New Mexico State University location of Phat Glass, not only are the staff totally dope to the max. I rate this one right up there with sister store of high five tobacco Chico, California; a place called the Dungeon, downtown on Broadway near Cal State Tweako, umm.Chico. they have everything from oil burners for a very reasonable price of $5 plus tax ( in SacraDemento, one page seven or eight dollars), to the all too Legit to Quit in the land of Californication, Bud pipes- a very large selection of those and bongs of all sorts. everything you need, Kelly awesome employees, its the major deal!! ( for the sake of the people staying here, I hope they get the recreational soon. much like we have and have had since January 2018 in Cali; excluding the Bible Belt counties such as Butte County where Chico as; places where they only allow delivery service for the 4:20.

Bought my first CBD cartridge and first pen ever from here. Not the first time using a pen just my first one Ive owned. The guy at the counter was help considering I didnt feel the need to ask a lot of questions. I knew what I was looking for and what to expect. Only thing I could say is maybe he could have been more informative and elborated on the rest of their pens/cbd cartridges to make a better comparison of why the one he sold me was better than the rest aside from its lifetime warranty. Not bad for the price tho.

Worst place to order from they stole my purchase and manager reacted negatively to it I’ll see you in civil court 👎🏽
