After 24 years and 8 Chevy’s (5 of them purchased from Wallace/Bravo Chevrolet) later, it was time for an upgrade. We went in without a solid plan of what we wanted but left with a new Cadillac XT6. The Service Center is top notch! They make sure you leave happy and satisfied. They shuttled my family and I to a local restaurant instead of having us wait for our vehicle to be serviced. When we were done eating, all we had to do was call the shop and they promptly picked us up and took us back to the Service Center. They use GM OEM parts and they don’t cut corners in the shop!

Made an appointment on line yesterday. Got there a few minutes before the appointed time and my vehicle was taken right in. Front people were very friendly. They have a nice waiting area that I used. Servicing on my vehicle was completed in a timely manner and I was processed out in just under an hour. I will definitely go back next timely vehicle needs service.
Randy Strickland, Aaron Hernandez, Chris and Aaron were Awesome and very professional and helpful during the time I was at Bravo Chevrolet / Cadillac. My biggest concern was the time that I had to wait to get the financing completed. Once I did get into Finance Dave did a Great job and quickly. I know the dealership is under new ownership and managership but you need the get your customer experience (process) more streamlined. I would return to the dealership again but would hope things change.

Service dept. was knowledgeable. Tech was quick and installed our new tonneau cover quickly within 2 hrs. Then explained how to work it correctly and fixed one little issue with a popped out connector that was noticed my the young lady who drove it back to us from service. Tech came back immediately and fixed it. Very pleased with the service and the cover. Was for sure worth the wait to get it in.
Experience was great, Tristen helped me find this place. Jackie and Archie were super helpful and professional. I dont have the best credit and they were still able to put me in the car I really wanted! 10/10 experience would highly recommend to anyone in the market for a car!

My salesman, Randy, was the only good part about my experience. I waited 3 hours for finance to sign paperwork. I was the only person waiting from the time I sat down. The finance people were hanging out, and I continued to sit. I came to Bravo in El Paso to transfer my plates. I’m being told I should have kept my plates, never left them there, and now no one can find them. How could I possibly know that? I don’t work for a dealership. Zero parts of this experience were easy.
Sold my vehicle here over a month ago. Had some left to payoff on my loan and was supposed to get a check for the positive equity once the the title was released to Bravo. Bravo failed to fill out the proper paperwork to get the title from the loan holder and my loan went past due requiring me to pay additional fees to the company. Still no check for the positive equity from Bravo despite the fact that they sold my old vehicle to another party without the title on hand. If you sell your car here don’t leave without a check in hand, once they get you out the door they don’t care anymore.

My recent experience at bravo has been just as good as all of my others. I was helped by two sales people and they were great! I recently had a vehicle that needed to be replaced due to an accident and the body shop was great as well. If not for their help with my accident (which I was not at fault) I may not have another new truck! Special thanks to Scott at the body shop, Archie and Robert, both David’s in sales and the service department which sent me to parts to buy accessories. Thank you Bravo!
The service was outstanding, as usual! I required a battery replacement, and although the shop was busy, the service staff was able to complete the replacement expeditiously to accommodate my schedule. Sarai greeted me and provided frequent status updates (and has fabulous nails). The entire service staff is second to none and I highly recommend Bravo for all of your Chevy service needs.
I was told the work would be done in 4 days which took 9 days I paid out of pocket for a rental at hertz...i paid 441.00 for sublet...and 69.00 for wiring that seem like a manufacturing issue I dont understand why I had to pay anything...but of course I need my car and the rental was adding up! I informed the young lady I had a extended warranty she called the company inference but she neglected to submit a claim I went back to the office the after receiving my vehicle to speak with the manager in reference he stated he would get back with me he has not as today. Now! my engine light is on now!..but Im afraid of what Im going to have to endure..

Our communication over the phone started off very badly with Robert so we came into the store. Robert eventually came up to us asking if we needed help and we told him he already dropped the ball and he said he was busy and he’s sorry. If he was so busy he wouldn’t be in the floor trying to help a new customer. We started working with Michael and he was amazing! He literally jogged away at one time to get us an answer we wanted. When it came time to start talking price Michael and David were amazing! They got us an amazing deal on our SUV! These two made our car buying great! Then we went to finance office and we’re completely rushed and tried to have a warranty picked for us. The finance guy offended my wife at one point and we almost walked away from the whole deal. If it weren’t for Michael and David this place would have gotten 1 star review.
Horrible experience, long story short I didnt get approved so it was a headache getting my trade-in back because they sold it, but somehow got it back two months later, when I got my vehicle back they had lost 1 key, and made a mess of my vehicle, scratches everywhere good tire replaced for used old tire, door wont close latch somehow broke. Horrible experience. Beware!

I was early for my appointment to get a tail light fixed, but that wasnt a problem.I had experienced an additional problem with my anti-lock brake system and they gladly agreed to look at that also.My service advisor, Sarai, was very courteous and at the time of check out, even walked to the back of the garage to check with the mechanic about questions on details and to double check that all was well with the brake system. It was related to the broken tail light.Thanks for the great service!!Also, they got me right in to get my truck fixed.I had called Alamogordo and their garage wasnt open for Chevy repair for 3 weeks. The service is more than worth the drive.
Not at all happy with repair. Will be seeing service manager next Monday. Estimated things not done. Dirty. No fit or finish. Appears they dont care about quality fix. At this point wouldnt recommend.
While an appointment was made, service representative stated that it would be next week to have service performed. This has never been my experience at any Chevy Service Dept., ever. Once we got through this, issue was resolved not only with the misunderstanding whereby I had driven over an hour to dealership, but the issue was resolved in the replacement of the battery, or seemingly so. Spoke with General Manager Mr. Ken Zwigart about this issue an complimented he and the dealer. Thanks for all you did.
Spoke to Rachel and scheduled a test drive at 3 pm. We showed up at 245 pm and they told us she had just left to lunch. Who leaves to lunch 15 minutes before your customer is scheduled to arrive? Anyway, Linda tried to take over and explained to us that they did not even have the vehicle that we were there for in inventory. She tried to talk to us about other vehicles that we were not even interested in. Needless to say we drove from El Paso to Las Cruces for nothing. Super unorganized and all the employees there seem to lack knowledge of the business.

A young man opened the service entrance door as I, age 85, approached. Service representative Sarai Colunga immediately offered to help me. 2015 XTS4 Cadillac, dead battery which I had managed to get to dealership. No appointment. Sarai offered that Shuttle driver Ricardo Molinar could bring me home and bring me back when car is ready. Ricardo was exceptionally polite and accommodating. At the end of all this,same day service, I called for General Manager Robert to tell him of my wonderful experience. He was readily available and kind. The whole experience, very professional and pleasant. I highly recommend Bravo Las Cruces for automobile service. PS Wait theres more. Next day (today) Cashier Rebecca calls, apologizing for not giving me 10% veterans discount, yesterday at checkout. An oversight, that she corrected, putting $29 credit on my card. I recall now that my car was parked for me to pick up in a close, convenient Veterans Only space. These people are fantastic!
Best customer service we have ever received at a dealership! We tried other dealerships before coming to Bravo but had negative outcomes at every single one. Stopped by looking to upgrade our current truck and we were treated like family. Mark Golliher is an awesome salesman, he went out of his way to get us the truck we wanted. The vehicle we wanted was advertised incorrectly and was located in another city 45 min away. Mark drove out himself and picked up the truck for us. DO NOT GET A VEHICLE HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND SELF WORTH. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The lack of communication and misinformation this dealership has is the most frustrating thing Ive ever gone through for a vehicle. My salesperson Marleyne assured me if I had any issues to not hesitate to give her a call or text her. Before we signed the paperwork and left with the vehicle, we mentioned the rims on my honda accord were horribly scratched and she reassured me they could get it fixed within a day or two max within the 30-day guarantee. I had no problem with that. A week passes and I ask Marleyne when I could get my rims surfaced she had stated she could not get in contact with the third party who fixes the rims. Then she started changing the days it could be fixed stating it could take up to a week. I live in Albuquerque which I had clearly stated more than once to her, so I would need an estimated date on which I can take my vehicle to las cruces in order to ask for those specific days off. After a while she stopped replying to my husband and Is text messages and phone calls. Chris sales manager proceeded to send me a text message thereafter stating to call him as soon as possible. Im a healthcare worker so I cannot be taking time out of my important job to be given the runaround by someone else. I called him on my lunch break and he started gaslighting me saying Who told you it had to be 30 days? As if the guys in financing and the salesperson reiterated the fact that I ONLY had 30 days. Now that I have driven down from Albuquerque to las cruces after confirming my appointment with Daniel Lopez, they could not find my appointment scheduled. This place is constantly jerking its customers around hopping from one person to the next to relay messages even though they swear theyre the most reliable dealership in las cruces. I regret ever purchasing a vehicle through Bravo. If you value your time, money, and patience, do not waste your time here.

Usually salesman’s tend to be leeches which I dread with dealerships, but she went with my pace in the buying process instead which was fantastic! Overall all it was very bad. Check in OK. 7:00 am appointment but was told tech gets in at 7:30 am. WHAT! Was not kept informed as to when my 2021 Tahoe was ready. I had to call and text to get an answer. I also had to call and text to get picked up. I was told that I would be picked up at 1:30 pm. After another call and text I was finally picked up at 2:20 pm. It was like I was an after thought. My plan was to use Bravo for all of my service om my new 2021 Tahoe. Now I will only take it to Bravo for warranty work. Not happy at all.
I made an appointment to have my vehicle serviced, I took it in the day before. Appointment was at 8AM, I had to call to check on the status. The vehicle had been ready for hours yet I did NOT receive a call. I had to call to check on the status.Your Service Department needs work, but then again there is only one Chevy Dealership so you are lucky. Next time, I am going elsewhere.

I saved the best for last...Mr. Ken, what a stand up guy! This man’s first words to me meant everything. He knows what he told me! He is such a classy man, who carries himself in a way I’ve never seen. He should be the owner, and he did everything for me with such care perfectly. If this man has daughter or granddaughter’s. They are some lucky young ladies. Ken, none of this was your fault, but you sure made it look like you took the whole responsibility on your shoulders. Then turned around to ask me what you can do for me? You are truly a great leader. I appreciate you so much! So look for them, ask for them, and let them help you. Sales manager is rude. Sales people are rude. Very pushy. Over priced vehicles. Sales people argue about question and act irritated when asked more than a few questions. Very clear this dealership does not have any respect for potential customers and extremely rude when customers do not make a purchase. Sales people talk badly about customers in the offices, making fun of their personal information and credit scores, they show you vehicles they say are for sale but are unwilling to run numbers on any vehicle they wont profit on and pass false information off as an excuse. Overall experience, -20 on a scale of 1-10. Do not recommend.
My wife and I were wanting to trade in our car for an SUV for more room. We live in El Paso and we were hesitant to go out there because of the distance, did not want to waste our time or anyone eleses at the location. Had used the text option to get information and Tristan was so very helpful and assured us they would do everything possible to not waste our time and get us into something we were comfortable in and wanted. We went on a Saturday morning and were greated as soon as we walked through the door. I had to be at work at 1, Melanie and Jackson worked as fast as they could to get the approval for the SUV we wanted. Went the following Monday to pick up the SUV and again staff was great no change. Took our SUV home and still days later Melanie called and emailed us to see how everything was. If we could give 10 stars most definitely well deserved hands down. Will be returning for future vehicles. Thank you Melanie, Jackson and Bravo for a great car buying experience.
Melanie Hernandez was my sales consultant and she did an outstanding job in addressing my concerns during the sales process. I have dealt with Bravo for six years and have always been treated with professionalism by the staff in all departments. My only criticism is that the music played in the sales showroom is far too loud, very annoying and distracts from being able to concentrate on buying a vehicle.
Customer service use to feel like white gloves but now.... not even paper on the seats. They use to vacuum the vehicles too when you took it in for service. Sad.... I miss feeling like I was actually important to the dealership. Especially when you spend over 50k on a vehicle.
It’s been over a month since we sold our vehicle to the dealership, still haven’t been paid. They floated our loan until they sold the vehicle, finally paid off the vehicle last week - they “lost the paperwork”. We still haven’t been paid the difference between the sale price and the loan balance and cannot get a call back after multiple attempts. This is not how you do business and at this point feel like they’ve stolen the vehicle.We originally filled out the paperwork July 9th - then after multiple follow ups was told it was lost on July 23rd. We had to go and resign paperwork July 24th - it was finally paid off at our lender on August 5th, but we have not received the check for the difference, we have called multiple times and keep being told who we need to talk to is not in so then we call again when he is in and hes with a customer. We were told 7-10 business days from when we sold you the truck, it has now been over a month.In response to their response - we’ve called multiple times and no one calls us back. I have also emailed the general manager that was listed in the reviews and have not gotten a response.

Bravo Chevrolet had the best car buyer experience Ive ever had! I dont usually go and post reviews but felt this was needed. Danny was a great salesman. No pressure, heard what we wanted and gave us what we asked for and more. Armando was also helpful and helped us find the right loan company for us. The whole process was painless and didnt take too long (whew). Overall both gentlemen did an amazing job to give us what we wanted in our new used vehicle and we will recommend all our family and friends to them everytime. Bravo Chevrolet, thank you for making my family and myself very happy with our vehicle purchase!
The whole experience seemed confusing. The girl did her best, and was very kind. The paperwork wasnt found, so she had to generate it. I wasnt sure at first if I was going to get the work done. No one came to tell me when it was done. I came out to check and it was finished. She didnt have the information that I had a warranty so it took some time to check out. I am believing it was because Recardo who scheduled the appointment was not there that day.Possibly making info available to each person at those desks may help?The smoothness and efficiency is not quite the same as on the sale floor.Im glad you all keep tabs on the warranties even as vehicles transfer to other owners.

My Service advisors were Bonnie Armijo, and Ricardo Garay. I must say each and every time I’ve had a maintenance requirement they have been very knowledgeable and professional in accomplishing the job. They definitely know the Cadillac, and Chevrolet systems. In fact I have brought a total of four vehicles from Bravo, and the maintenance staff are second to none. They are number one in my opinion, and I will continue to get my vehicles serviced at Bravo. You have an Outstanding staff there at Bravo. Keep up the good work.
Dealership experience was good....But I will never return to ANY gm dealership again. The Corvette I had purchased was so poorly built and manufactured that I will stick with Toyota from now on. The vette was so bad that I traded it in on a Toyota after less than 6 months.I am 63 yo. I have owned 16+ autos. My first three cars were all gm. 5 of my first 6 cars all gm. My last gm car prior to the Corvette was a 1986 Buick Skyhawk which has so many issues I swore off gm cars for 32 years. The Corvette was beautiful but junk The VERY expensive problems that kept occuring with that car convinced me that Mary Barra and the rest of the gm leadership could care less about their customers satisfaction as long as they take in the big $.I doubt that anyone at gm even reads or cares about these comments here but I have learned my lesson for good. I will never purchase a gm product again nor will I ever recommend them in any way.p.s. Just read this morning that Toyota outsold general motors for the latest quarter. Wonder why? I dont.
I was extremely satisfied with my latest service experience at Bravo Chevrolet in Las Cruces, New Mexico. In addition to a warranty repair I also had a minor paint touch up job that I needed to get done. Mauro and Scott (Bravo Body Shop) did an outstanding job of communicating with each other to minimize the time I spent without my truck. If my truck was waiting for a part then it was moved to the Body Shop and vice versa. Mauro and Scott kept the process going.I was most impressed with the overall effort by Mauro, the Service Department Manager. He made me feel as if I was his only customer. I appreciated his efforts to get me in a loaner vehicle while I was without my truck. Mauro even went as far as to inquire if I would feel more comfortable in a truck rather than a car.What knocked my socks off was when I recieved a call a couple of days later from Mauro to make sure everything was okay and that I was happy. This was important to me because we were about 400 miles into a 2000 mile journey.I doubt you will find this level of service at any other General Motors service department or dealership. From the Service Department Manager, the Technicians and the folks over at the Paint and Body Shop, everyone at Bravo Chevrolet worked together to take care of me. All this and I didnt even buy my 2021 High Country 2500HD from Bravo.Job done on time, done right and seamlessly. Thank you Bravo Chevrolet!
