I went to the Verizon store on South Valley and Selena had helped me out with my new phone. I wasnt too sure how to navigate it but Selena made it so easy and simple for me to use my new phone. She was so caring listened to all my concerns and found a solution to my problems. I never had any sales rep be so understanding and caring towards me. Selena is the best! Definitely going back there! 10 stars!!!!

Oh my gosh!!!!!!! I cant begin to explain how great Michael is. He was with me for 4 hours helping me fix my phone. He is the only Verizon rep that I will ever go to. Hes absolutely stunning. He needs a promotion, he is what makes Verizon so great. I highly recommended this store. Come see Michael the store manager. He is the best. 😊

Did not help me with my hacked Samsung Galaxy S8+ and are claiming my System Administration Rights and not allowing secure access to my phone and accounts.

The in-store agent was very nice, but wasnt very well-informed. I had just looked up phone prices, and his prices were $100 higher. I came home and ordered online--saved that $100! So you either get a better deal going through the web site, or this store isnt up-to-date on pricing.

Maydaly was extremely helpful when transferring from AT&T to Verizon. The other sales associates were friendly and professional to us and other patrons. Excellent experience and Customer assistance. Glad we made the switch!!

The service there is terrible. I bought the S8 and they put this booty screen protector on it. The screen protector does not work. I went back and asked for another one and they said it would come in a couple of days. That was almost a month ago. Now they are telling me that it is not coming in at all. So now im stuck with a terrible screen protector and the store is doing nothing about it. Dont go here!!!!
