My husband and I came in to the Cricket location and were greeted warmly and immediately by Steve. We decided to upgrade our plan to 4 lines for $130 per mo. which is an amazing value! Being that I have had such a great experience as a Cricket customer for several years, my husband converted from Verizon. Steve was exceptionaly wise and helpful with regards to the benefits and enhancements of changing up our plan, and the phones we purchased. The store was very busy at the time of our transaction, and he took the time needed to make sure we were completely satisfied! After our very positive experience, we will only visit the Valley store in Las Cruces! Thank you Steve!

Well. We received a quick response at the store. He was an honest person, and had excellent experience with the Cricket cell service internationally.He went out of his way to help us. Understood the billing cycle process. Explained a proper time to start service to our advantage. How easy and quickly the memory could be transferred from the present phones to the new phones. We werent told high prices and unclear information. He gave us the right phones, we didnt need a more advanced phone that was not necessary for our needs.The phones were on a zero plan. We didnt need the hot spot service. The prices were reachable and reasonable. The taxes were all adjusted in the bill. Great honest service. The Cricket store on Valley Dr. near Walmart. Wow! They didnt ask us what profession we were in. That should be our own business.

Staff is nice, knowledgeable and helpful. One young lady was so fine I thought shed catch on fire lol.Kinda hard to find unless you know where its at. Im directionally proficient but this place is tucked back in the cuts.

They tried to rip me off. When I first came in to look at phones, they offered me a free phone to switch, with a small activation fee. I came in the next day, and the manager stopped me and said we cant give you the free phone, but its only $50. Apparently the reason is that my old phone is with AT&T.Total scam.
