They recommended the wrong battery based on the product I showed them. I share 50% of the blame for not finding the specifications buried in the complicated manual. Not much else to say it wasnt busy but this is probably one of the few places Id expect to not be high traffic.

Thank the gentlemen they helped me with my daughters iphone, thank you for being honest sir. You said by our description of it losing charge and getting hot and eventually not turning on was an issue with the mother board, and it cost more to fix it then to get another one. And he was 100% correct. I took it for a second opinion and they said its the battery we had it less then 24 hours till it did it again, low charge, getting hot and new battery not working. So Im currently out $125$25 for diagnosis$80 for batteryAnd they might not refund me. . What Ive paid other then the diagnostics. But anyway thank you again keep up the great work you are truly a diamond in the rough!

I called them today about a phone screen they had replaced a while back… Dan answered the phone and informed me that there is a 6 month warranty but that I was probably out of that and didn’t offer to look it up. He then informed me that they probably wouldn’t warranty it because he assumed it had been dropped! This was very poor service and makes me feel like they won’t warranty their work! They have since looked up my account like I asked the prior evening, and it was out of warranty. The frustrating thing for me was the lack of customer service. You can have repairs done elsewhere for cheaper, that in my experience last longer. Why pay more to be treated disrespectfully?

Everyone was helpful. I got the battery replaced in my phone very fast and at a good price. They did it while I waited but I could have left it there and returned later but they did it fast enough that it wasnt worth leaving. This of course will depend on model of phone.

A dying iPhone battery distressed my elderly mother as it’s her lifeline to family, friends, and the world and none of us live nearby. I sent her to BPB based upon the nearby location to her. As the quote came well below her replace-vs-repair budget, she had it repaired while she waited. She left happy knowing that she was well cared for by honest people that did good work for her.

Had a new screen installed on my iPhone in less than an hour, and absolutely affordable. Don’t go to the Apple store and get poor service and overcharged, these folks will do it without the hassle.

Bought motorcycle battery for my sons motorcycle. within less than a month the battery started going bad. he went in to go for the warranty on it and they turned him away. it was proven that is battery was faulty and the owner of the said store herself said that her employees were in the right. Also they were very rude to my son. Luckily he did get a new battery because what he had mentioned what was wrong with the battery was true and proven fact.

Live out of town and made an appointment online. Later called to make sure they had the battery I needed for my Galaxy S7. They did. Arrived a little earlier than my appointment and they processed me and took the phone. Returned about an hour and half later and the phone was ready. Quick in and out. At this point I would definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.

I have always had good service in the local store. Once my electric shaver needed a new rechargeable - the young woman tech asked if she should install it for me. With the solder and tight fit, installing the new battery would have caused some me frustration. She did it in a few minutes.

Not particularly impressed with this location. Website says they do Apple watch repaired book on line, which I did. I booked my repair and paid for batteries at the same time.I later received a phone call stating they were canceling my watch repair order because they did not have the capability to repair watches. Why does the web site promote this then ? and why was the appointment scheduled? then when I ask about my PAID order for batteries. they had no record of it and said it would be canceled also. They then changed that statement and said the order would be there, maybe it wasnt processed yet. I went to the store. They had trouble finding the order. I did get my batteries after a bit of confusion.Seems this particular store is not managed well.

These guys are really nice and go the extra mile to make customers happy. They had in stock, the very random, camera battery I needed and charged it for me so it had full charge before I left. Everyone working in the store was nice and knowledgeable.

They did a good job replacing an old iPad screen. I felt the price was reasonable for the work involved. Ive been back to get some sealed lead acid (SLA) batteries to keep some battery backup units working when the old batteries eventually died. Theyre the only place in town that I know of that carries batteries like these. The young lady that helped me was very sharp and helpful. No complaints from me.

I was travelling through Las Cruces New Mexico on vacation when I realized I didnt pack my cord for my camera charger. I found Batteries Plus and dashed over. Needed a replacement battery for a UPS. Researched online sources and local stores and found what I needed at the local Batteries Plus Bulbs. Followed the instructions for ordering the battery via the internet and picked up the battery the next day. In store service was fast and friendly. I would do this again and would recommend to friends to consider this option.

Situation: bought 2 batteries for my sons electric bike. Found out it wasnt the batteries. It was past return period but explained and store agreed to refund w receipt. Went in, batteries were put on voltage tester. Was told 1 was good, 1 was drained.Said they would fill and test inthe am and if it was good they would refund both. Next day 1st phone rep states they couldnt refund because they had to charge them both back up (lie) but they were ready and we could come pick them up. 2nd rep (store mgr) said no one has failed and the other we r still recharging and will Let u know if it recharges, butone has failed already. I said well isnt under warranty from you guys I had just bought it. He said well yes for a year the batteries have a warranty. I said ok well if the battery failed then I want it switched under warranty . He said ok after this one finishes we will let u know. Next 2 days or so...he calls back and says nope both failed and we can come pick them up. We had some things come up, got busy, life happened and apparently its now been over 30 days. We go to pick up the batteries and are told they dont have them, they disposed of them. The owner now calls me today and tells me he can guve me 2 dead batteries if Id like. WTH?! Whats wrong with this kind of pathetic business practices?! Is rhe owner really this hard up to steal from his very own customers like this? Im appalled and saddened deeply at the integrity of this person. I should pray for him.
