I was shopping in the Annex. The gentleman named Dave, was very helpful and very knowledgeable about incense I was interested in.He also filled me in about crystals and what theyare used for. It was a very enlightening day !!

I liked it the stuff was great and helpful! but Im giving it a low rating because of the people when I first went they were really nice but when I went a second time they were really rude. My friends aunt went there to get a reading and she told them all her personal stuff as they finished the reading she heard them making fun of her and laughing at her and I believe it from the way they treated my friends its still a nice store it just needs better people

Id give it 0 if possible as I hate people who steal or deceive.Purchased 4 envelopes of tea. 4 of the 4 were short on weight. I was shorted over 9 grams of product, plus they charged for the plastic bags it was packed in, so a total of about 13 grams. They obviously dont have a scale nor do they understand the concept of tare weight. I dont want to pay them for the bag they already paid for. Tea wasnt fresh or very good either. NEVER again.

I had a great vibe with the place when I walked in. I was greeted by a very nice lady that says she does healings and readings and was interested in getting both. That is until the owner was extremely rude. I will never enter this store again due to her! She accused my 4 year old son of having a terrible attitude and it could get us kicked out and claimed he was breaking things which he did neither! You would think an owner of a store like this would be filled with positivity.... Not her!

It was nice with a lot of cool items, but rated low due to lack of knowledge on items. I tried to ask the cashier what an item was made of and what the symbol was and he didnt know what it was. But worse part is he asked the owner and in a rude tone she told him she didnt know. How can you sell an item and not know what it means or what its used for? It would be my last resort stop if I needed anything of this variety. Shop seems to need more space as well.

This shop has it all! They have so many products and all of their employees know so much about the products. I highly recommend seeing Scott for readings he is incredible!!! Their incense smell amazing and their candles are fantastic. Its definitely worth stopping in to funky karma and checking out

This is a beautiful place with great energy. There are tarot and astrology readings and the readers are soooo good. I stayed for hours because theres so much to look at. I would live there if I could! And they have a cat who does purr therapy.

Owner is very rude and doesnt care if she has customers or not. Doesnt want dogs in the store and did not say anything to the person because she is aware of the law but was so rude to the party after she left to make sure that we would not return.
