Update: July 2021We had an awesome experience with our consultant Diana Allen in designing our bar area. From start to finish, she was super helpful and the installations for the cabinets, glass doors and granite countertop was smooth and easy. We were so happy they could match our same cabinets and gave us a beautiful option on granite to make the area look unique and beautiful. We highly recommend Sher-wood. People you can trust and their workers/installers were all very professional

We had an excellent experience with Sherwood when remodeling our kitchen in 2020. Brenda Thatcher helped design a new cabinet layout, which is beautiful and meets our needs. She was always professional and responsive, giving us guidance when we needed it and alternatives when we didnt know what we wanted. Were working with her now to remodel our bathrooms.

After a month waiting for a response plus five visits to the store trying to find out the status of my from the sales person. And obtaining no response I desided to cancel my order. I must add the last person how tended to me was polite and attentive.

Sher-Wood was a pleasure to work with from our first visit to the final install day. The environment in the showroom is relaxed and we never felt pressured. We absolutely love our new kitchen, and the cabinets from Sher-Wood are certainly one of the highlights.There were plenty of options, and at various price points, we were able to pick just what we wanted without going over budget.We highly recommend Sher-Wood for your next cabinet update!

Upon embarking on a bathroom remodeling project, I visited at least 4 granite/quartz counter businesses. Without a doubt, Sher-Wood beat them all out......from price, quality and selection. I have never been happier. The Cambria line of quartz is stunning. The cabinet selections are amazing; the laminates are not only beautiful but super easy to keep clean, and the workmanship is superior. Employees are professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Overall, no one better!

We purchased new cabinets for a closet remodel that matched our existing ones through out the house. Sher-Wood was also able to provide quartz counter tops. They beat all bids we had and they look amazing. Gabriel and his crew worked their magic and went over and beyond to see that it was done to perfection. We had an absolutely stellar experience with Sher-Wood. At every stage of our granite countertop purchase and install, the entire staff was helpful and extremeley courteous. Of particular note, the granite that we orignially ordered was determined by Gabe (manager) to not be the quality that his company expected. He immediately informed us that he was not comfortable selling us the granite and immediately upgraded us to a higher grade of granite at NO EXTRA CHARGE. WHOA! Sher-Wood was very fair with its pricing and provided outstanding service. BIG THUMBS UP in our book! Thank you, Sher-Wood!

Took two weeks to even get a call back. Was not impressed

We shopped around for the best price on carpet and tile and Sher-Wood has the best price and quality products. The carpet was installed by knowledgeable professionals and we are so happy with the results! A big “Thank you” to Anna for her attentiveness, professionalism and advice!

If you need counter tops, cabinets then do yourself a favor and go see these folks. They are the consummate professionals with absolutely the best selection of quartz in the Southwest. If you want it they have it or will get it. The installation crew were very polite and knew their job and knew their products. Always careful and thoughtful we have never been more pleased. Gabriel was great to work with! He was very patient with my husband and I while we decided what we wanted for a new countertop in our kitchen. After multiple trips, and narrowing down to a few different slabs, he helped us figure out what would work best for us. It was ready to go in a week and installed perfectly! Will definitely be back for future projects!

This is a great place. We purchased a granite countertop. They were very helpful in picking them out. The 2 men who installed them were awesome. Very polite and professional. Definitely recommend them.

I guess I will be a Debbie downer here, but 3 stars is being kind. The granite installation was not as good as advertised. They seem to want to get the job done, as I already gave them an extra 2 days for them to complete, The design and granite itself was fine, just some of things they should have done werent as good as it should be. Example: bar counter was not level. You would think they would put a level on it to make sure its level, they didnt. They tried to butt up the corners instead of mitre at 45 degree angle.Another example of getting job done fast. Thank god I was insistent. What I would say is make sure you dont pay all up front like we did to avoid service charge on credit card. Also, make sure you know what you want done. They dont offer to many suggestions.

Anna and the whole team at Sher-Wood was very helpful in replacing all the cabinets in a home during an extensive renovation. It was particularly challenging in that the house is in Las Cruces while the owners are currently in a Chicago suburb. At the end of the job there were a few details that needed to be addressed and were in a timely manner with no fuss.

Now a days, customer service is not as great as it used to be. I thank Toni for providing amazing service! It’s nice to speak with someone who has a positive attitude!!!

We bought SOLLiD brand cabinets and granite countertops from Sherwood. The whole experience was excellent! The cabinets are amazing quality and the installers that came out were even better. Very professional and detail oriented. Granite templates and install also went well. Everyone from the receptionist, sales staff and installers were a joy to work with. I love my new kitchen!

I love their new showroom! This place used to be occupied by another business that is not affiliated with Sher-Wood. I stopped doing business with the previous company that operated out of this building due to mistakes, taking too long, incorrectly charging our account etc. But now that Sher-Wood has set up their showroom here, I am glad to go and pick tile, cabinets and countertops. Its a good one place stop. The sales person, Anna, that I work with always goes above and beyond to help me. All the staff are good at what they do. I have always been pleased with the service and prices I get with them. Even before they moved in to this building. If you are a builder, remodeler or owner-builder/remodeling, I would definitely recommend.

Travis is very nice. He came right out to perform the estimate.It took quite a while to get the cabinets, in part because they were ordered the first part of December and the holidays interfered.One cabinet arrived completely damaged. That required a new cabinet to be ordered. That took quite awhile. There was some miscommunication about one area where we needed door faces and not a cabinet. A couple of drawer faces had to be replaced because of damage. One cabinet door has a nick in it.The quartz countertops are very pretty. They were done by Ace. I was a little disturbed by the lack of coordination between Sherwood and Ace. Travis gave me their phone number and said for me to contact them directly instead of him contacting them in our behalf.Since I was paying everything to Sherwood and he contracted with them, I did feel that Travis should have called. In the end, the job came out looking great. Sherwood and Ace have very responsible installers.
