Amazing selection and quality service!!! This place has such a great variety of items to choose from. They are unique and custom and the staff works with you to insure that your home decor remains interesting and chic. I worked with Vikki on my living area and she took the time to make this a very personal experience. I can’t wait to start the other rooms in my house and see what amazing pieces she has to add to my home!

I have acquired some pretty nice pieces from Kitchen Kraft. They have unique items you can’t find anywhere else in Southern New Mexico. I live walking around the showroom to select special pieces you will go far to find.Ask for Vikki, who will work with you while using all her resources to try to find items if you can describe what you are wanting or needing!!

We have had really great help in the past. Recently, needing to purchase a bed, chest, sofa, chair and coffee table was treated as a second rate customer. I believe they are too busy dealing with Showcase Homes. I found a great furniture store in El Paso. The service was kind and helpful- just the place we want to spend our money. I have the bed and chest already ordered!

Recently moved to Las Cruces from California, looking to furnish our new home and stopped by Kitchen Kraft. The sales lady was not wearing a mask, was condescending on what part of the store we wanted to see, Negative on the Sonoma Ranch area of Las Cruces. Walked out of the store due to her negativity.

One star is too good! Why would anybody go to Kitchen Kraft when we have Designers Mart in town especially after you read the following. You can ignore any warranties Kitchen Kraft gives you. They dont honor them. I have two fans that have a lifetime warranty and need repair. They said they dont have a record of my purchases because when they changed to a new operating system for their computers they lost all their info regarding customers. WHAT A LIE! Who in the world does that without backing up their data. Buy your bulbs at payless-4-lighting.com, youll get them for half the price they sell them for. If you want honest pricing with better choices go to Designers Mart in Las Cruces. Have you noticed that all the good reviews are from years ago. Stephanie and Aaron need a wake-up call. Your lying and cheating will eventually bury you in the future. Kitchen Kraft is Kmart compared to Designers Mart.

I took my very stylish and 82-year-old grandmother to Kitchen Kraft to help her find a slab remnant of granite in which to make a dining table for her new home. After working with Robert, looking through the slabs out back in the hot sun, my grandmother found a slab she really liked, and Robert said he would research during the week to find a suitable pedestal for the slab to make a table. We came back a week later, Robert shrugged, I didnt have time he said, maybe if you give me 50% payment down today Ill know that youre serious. My grandmother was not intimidated. She gave them a check for $750, and he suggested we come back in a week and he would have ideas for her. She went back in a week, they had cashed her check, sold her granite to someone else, and Robert had still no ideas for her regarding a pedestal. Again with the shrug. Three visits, three strikes, no way are we going back there. They lose, my grandma is a big spender.

We have worked with Stephanie and David for 4 years now. We started with a complete kitchen remodel. We looked everywhere in town but they had the best quality and selection of cabinets and counter tops/hardware. We had a vision and Stephanie with her strong designer sense added to it. Next was the master bathroom and then the guest bathroom. She also gave us free advice on paint and furniture in other rooms. All of the cabinets and counters fit the first time except for a minor adjustment on one. There was no argument and it was redone in 1/2 a day.You can find cheaper but you cant find better. Besides, these guys have a great sense of humor..........if you do.

Definitely a less than 1 star experience. I was greeted by a distracted woman that considered sending an email more important than a paying customer. Left to browse on my own, my existence was forgotten at the entrance of a Caucasian woman. I took my money elsewhere and found exactly what I wanted. I regret wasting time in this store and will never spend my money here.

I had a remodel of the master bath and Stephanie was incredible in helping me with the design to the colors and tile. The cabinets that she picked were top notch from the color to the handles. Loved her, and the staff. Everyone was great. The store was so much fun. I could spend hours in there!!!

Aaron and the Kitchen Kraft family were amazing to work with. They were very professional and knowledgeable in the design process and layout of our cabinets. Aaron was a pleasure to work with and guided us in the right direction with the granite selection. I will continue to use Kitchen Kraft to facilitate any future endeavors on our home. Stephanie and Aaron are both very knowledgeable and helpful with the design and layout of our recent kitchen remodel, the cabinets, counter tops and sink are super quality and match with our style. They are prompt and take care of the customer, do what they say they are going to do in a prompt and timely manner, over all experience was superb we love our new kitchen. We would use them again for any projects we may need done in the future.

Did a great job installing our kitchen counters and bath counters. Decent price and quality installation.

Started promising but ended abruptly. Made an appointment with Stephanie to size up our bathroom remodel. When she arrived at the door, there was no hello, how are you doing but only WHERE IS IT My wife was stunned. She looked over the bath and said there might be some remnants at the store and she would check on them. Then she left and we havent heard anything from her. She was very rude and unprofessional. I wouldnt recommend them.

Performed an awful job on the installation of countertops and cabinets at the family house. The cabinets were crooked when completed and would not return to fix. Countertops are completely falling apart after only a couple years of use. When we contacted them about their performance and how the quality of their material was sub par, we were given the response of Yeah, that happens. with no offer or suggestions on how to fix the crappy job they originally did not complete. Highly DO NOT recommend.

I have been trying to get a job done for the last 3 months, it took 2 months to get someone to get measurements and its been 2 more months where I am still waiting for David or Stephanie to return my call. Diamond states that she leaves messages for Stephanie and I have yet to be contacted. Horrible customer service.
