Working with Marla at ACE Granite was so easy. She helped us find granite for our 2 bathroom sinks that not only went nicely with our oak cabinets and travertine floors but complimented them. Two installer/technicians Richie and Martin came to remove a double SS sink and replace it with a single SS sink.Their teamwork and attitudes were very professional and other than a glitch, that was not related to their work, the entire process was efficient and timely.We are very happy with everyone we worked with at A.C.E. from Marla in setting up the order and appointment to the crew that completed the install.We would definitely recommend A.C.E. to anyone, and plan to use them again, if the opportunity should arise.

ACE was willing to come all the way to Cloudcroft from Las Cruces (well at a cost). Only complaint is I was getting reminders to pay the full invoice before the work was even done (I waited).They did a great job reattaching my sink to my granite countertop. After trying to get Lowes and HD to sit with my project without a hundred distractions, I was told to visit Ace Granite. I called and made an appointment with Claudine. Upon arriving, I was thrilled to see more than a tiny sample of granite, or a faded photo, as was offered in the big box stores. Claudine looked at my cabinet drawer, which she had asked me to bring, and my photos. She wrote all my measurements, asked all the right questions, took me to the warehouse to select the most gorgeous slab of granite, and had an accurate estimate within the appointment time!. Within a few days, the home visit was scheduled and in an hour at my home, all the specifics were figured and the work began. The guys who came to my home for the install had a long drive, but were awesome, polite, skilled. I could not be more pleased with the professionalism this company showed at every step. Even their prices were competitive, if not better than Big Box. My home looks so great with this beautiful work by Ace!

I had the most wonderful experience working with Ace Granite. Marla was easy to work with, knowledgeable and kind. We had an issue with a small piece of granite not being properly secured. The issue was resolved immediately. The only other issue that I have with the counters is that there are some spots that are jagged, one area actually cut me as I was wiping it down. Some areas feel like there is something stuck on the counter but it is just little pieces of stone that are not smooth. Even with the small irregularities in the stone, I would still 100% recommend this company, and I will definitely go back when we build out next home. It was an absolute pleasure working with them!

Johnny & Edwin did a great job on my kitchen countertops.There were three spots that needed repair. The first two had been repaired by another company but not very well. Anyone with granite counters knows the difficulty of getting a chip replaced because no resin ever matches the counter perfectly. Whoever did the first repair, did not smooth the resin on one of the chips and this made the chip even more obvious. The second chip didnt have enough resin to it or they had smoothed it to the point were it was bowed in.Johnny and Edwin came in, removed the previous resin on the two chips and laid new resin smoothing them nicely. On the third chip (a corner chip), they were able to smooth the granite so the chip did not need to be filled.I would highly recommend these two guys from Ace Granite and want to say thank you to them both.

Went to ACE due to great reviews and a referral. In the beginning there was some miscommunication of the piece we thought we picked out and the piece that was installed for our bathroom. After some back and forth exchange and just ultimately our the customers dissatisfaction Phillip and Art had us go and and pick the exact slab we wanted and went through the cut together. The installers were super cool and kept our space nice and clean both times. This company is professional, has great customer service and really do want the customer to be happy. It was very refreshing to have a disagreement and not feel any hostility or negativity from anyone there. Thank you guys! Look forward to working with ACE in the future.

We were really pleased with how everything turned out.They seem to have solved their scheduling/communication problems with hiring Paul. That was the only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5.

Had quartz installed. Ripped a 3 hole in the cabinet, chipped it, knocked a hole the sheetrock and even though I spent $175 for a laser template, the cut out for the beam looked like it was chewed by a beaver. Oh, and they knocked the sink completely out of alignment with the counter. Completely not recommended.

Good work, recomend if you need granite tops.
