Great store but some of their items are a tab bit overpriced. I know that you get what you pay for. Id rather drive to el paso to pick up the same exact item for 25 dollars less and enjoy watching my lady preform on the way home.

Lets wait until AFTER CLOSING, especially on a FRIDAY NIGHT, to close the registers and drop deposit till yeah? If your store closed at 1:45AM then adjust it online to reflect that. As far as Im concerned, it says you close at 2AM. I was there before closing and doors were locked with 4 vehicles parked outside. Now, that is also a violation of fire code, due to customers being inside still, aside from management.

Pretty jazzed about our last visit. At first I was a little uncomfortable about the employees coming right up and talking to us. But they ended up guiding us to top notch products. They also have a deal in store for 5 year warranties on many toys. As we were coming in to replace a toy that died every year or two, Im pretty happy about that. Came in for one thing, left with three, and had my eye on like six other things when I left. Their selection is too good for my budget 😂

Employees are always very nice, but store has WAY too high of a turnover. Different staff everytime I go. Wonder why that is, considering how friendly and knowledgeable they usually are???

I enjoy coming to this location. Excellent staff! However, I would given the location 5 stars if it wasnt for the musical selections being played and booths need a slight upgrade. The music being played should motivate me to want to purchase sex items in the store. The music should be eccentric and upbeat. Pharrells Happy is not something I expected to hear in that in an adult store.You have a great selection of movies in for the booths. However, a lot of the buttons get stuck or dont work. Also some of the scenes take too long to start perhaps getting the fast forward or skip buttons. Overall fantastic store!

Went into the store today and bought some stuff, but it all due to the staff and the manager that was there today. They answered all my questions and help me look for options. It was nice and calm I didnt feel rushed not one bit, they made sure I was doing okay and if I looked confused they were there to help explain things to me..

Amazing staff who are all well trained and knowledgeable about their products! There’s not one question that will go unanswered, and absolutely no judgement! The store itself is extremely clean and displays are constantly being rearranged in creative and eye catching ways. The store encompasses a very wide variety of toys, movies, lubes, massage oils, and lingerie. Overall a pleasurable experience, from the first timers to even the most seasoned adult toy store experts!

Fantastic shop! They have everything you can think of, the best prices around, and a clean, professional atmosphere. But the best part is the staff, especially Stevianne! Theyre all very professional, approachable, and really know their product. Of course as with anything, you get what you pay for. So the higher priced items are gonna be what you want but if youre on a budget, the staff are happy to help you find something in your price range. Highly recommend.

I would love to give this store 5 stars because the girls are really nice and helpful but lately the movies are not being changed reguarly and most of the channels havent been working either. I always ask for a manager to talk to because the girls cant fix these issues on their own but there isnt anyone to talk to. Please fix this soon, I really dig this store.

Your manager should really learn correct information about your products he is trying to sell before talking to customers, especially if they know more about the products than he does.

The atmosphere is relaxed, I feel at ease shopping here, looking around and talking with staff.

First time in this store and instantly greeted by Amanda ! She was so positive and nice any item I picked up she had information to pass on ! Thanks to her I know that I am for sure buying the senselle retrograde mini plug ! But they need to update there receipt paper machine lol ;)

I recently took a visit to Eros video store with my boyfriend. Not only was i pleased with the boutique style of the store, but their plus size selection was a great variety to select from. As my boyfriend and i do like that type of BBW videos! But as a consumer, not only am i buying a product, but also the customer service is what is important!Well the young gal that helped me, i believe her name is Rita? She was a cute latina with cool hair and make up, was just outstanding! Not only was she so friendly and knowledgable, but she made my shopping experience a fun and comfortable one! As you can imagine how nervous and shy many can be due to the adult nature of the store. I did end up spending more than i had expected, but the experience was worth every dollar! Next time im in Las Cruces, NM, i would definately go back to shop at Eros video! And i hope i get the great customer service as Rita gave me!

This new girl Dora is rude and dont need to be working in a place where you need the extra respect....I think she thinks she is the owner.....I have been to this establishment quite a few times and this is the first time I felt like I didnt want to be there.....she dont need to be there...if I go again and she is there...I am not going back....
