I love Cross City Exotics they have good variety of snakes and area always there willing to help. I have bought most of my snakes Ball python from there the animals are well taken care off I am always happy with my purchase.

An absolute gem of a place. I love going to this store. Its small but they have an amazing selection of reptiles and amphibians, arachnids and occasionally other little creatures. The staff is always extremely polite and helpful. I have called in before to have them bag me up some feeder insects to save me a few minutes if Im in a hurry. If I have time and they arent busy, the staff is a wealth of knowledge. They are always helpful with questions and you can tell they love what they do. Definitely recommend this business to help you get started with a new pet or to help you keep a current pet healthy and happy. 👍👍👍😁

We purchased a ball python from this store, and staff was very informative and friendly. She was able to tell us the age, gender, and type of ball python we were purchasing.They have many different reptiles and were able to tell us about the different temperaments of the types of snakes they had. I would definitely recommend purchasing your reptile from them.

Drove there from El Paso, Texas and it was well worth the trip! Their animal husbandry is perfect and they really care about their animals well being. The animals are in big adequate enclosures and look healthy. They have great selection of reptiles and breed a lot of them themselves, I highly recommend this reptile pet store. First of all I’d like to say Thank you To Cross city Exotics staff and owners My family and I went looking for a bearded dragon for my Son we had finally picked one out and went to speak with staff about heat lights and she was stolen in those few mins my son was devastated but owners took to social media and got her back the next day! I spoke with the owner because my son couldn’t believe she was stolen he being young couldn’t believe that there were really people who could do that! The Owner then proceeded to tell me she had been returned Safe and sound just to give her time to calm down because we didn’t know if she was stressed! Cross City Exotics is amazing! We got a ball python about 6 months ago, and they helped us get everything we needed for set up. We continue to get feeder rats from them every time we need them, and they are helpful with any questions we might have. I definitely recommend to anyone who wants snakes, lizards, spiders, tarantulas, or any other kind of exotic animal to go check them out!

Very well kept store. Not a tiny store but not huge either. Animals very well maintained. Staff very friendly. 4 rattlesnakes on display(not for sale). Ive seen alot of reptile shops and this is one of the cleanest.
