The store is great but the customer service needs to improve. The girls that work there are not friendly, they ignore you. The guy was very pleasant and knows how to treat customers.

I’m being generous giving them a one star! I was in the store for almost 20 min looking for a new foundation and not once did either of the two unprofessional staff members come and ask if I needed any help! There were about 5 other girls looking around and ended up walking out like I did! The staff that was there before was friendly and acknowledged every single customer who walked in! These girls, because they think they know makeup more than the customer, are unprofessional and rude! One of them was on the phone and looked straight at my and not once did the light bulb in her head light up” there’s a customer!” I walked out and decided to go spend my money at Ulta and not give these snotty girls credit for my sale. With so many bad reviews and me not being the only one you’d think the manager would do something about it!!

Went on my birthday to spoil myself with new foundation, powder, highlighters, pretty much everything. I was a little disappointed with the customer service since there were 3 girls and I went up multiple times asking for advice and reviews on products or where to find things and they barely acknowledged me and just pointed in the direction of where stuff was. I spent about an hour in there just looking for stuff and looking up reviews to see if I would like it. At least I got free samples for my birthday.

The sales associates at Sephora in Las Cruces are rude and not very knowledgeable regarding the products. Their product is always low or out of stock.I am recovering from a medical condition that has left me with thinning hair especially my eye brows. After i was butchered at the Asian nail shop I went to Sephora in hopes of having someone fill in BOTH my eyebrows bcus I am unable to due to the severity of my condition. The Associate, who by the way was the supervisor, said they only do one brow and I could do the other one when I got home.The rude woman continued her duties as she hastily spoke to me and was rolling her eyes at me and telling me it would cost 50 dollars for a full face. (I never mentioned wanting a full face). She eventually wiped my eyebrows and as she stepped away she said she would be right back because she was needed at the counter.After waiting and watching her help other customers I walked out. No eyebrows, no product, no sale.This was the 4th incident where I was looked at like the ugliest person in the room. I was eyeballed up and down by the associates as if they struggled to decide who would help me.I wont ever shop at this Sephora again.

This place is amazing not as big as ulta but still just as much fun also the staff are very nice there and you can play with makeup etc

NEVER STOCKED shelves are always empty, and this is my 3rd time coming at separate times and they are empty. Why do you run out of product so fast? Whoever is ordering product amounts is not doing their job. Staff is rude and stuck up. Very poor service. Staff including main floor supervisor just stands around talking to staff about non company things. Very bad experience going to ULTA from now on. Bye bye VIB card.

Customer service here freakin sucks. Currently still standing here waiting for someone to help me. I just wanted a sample of a foundation. Been waiting for 30 min. Absolute bs.

Everytime Ive gone in, including today, I never get any help. My husband has gone a couple of times for me and leaves upset cause nobody helped him. He went in one time and the ONLY girl working was doing makeup on another girl so he stood there for about 15 mins, right by them, waiting for her to at least acknowledge him, in which she never did. Ive gone in and the workers are always just talking amongst themselves behind the counter, and then when you look at them to get there attention they just look real quick and continue talking. I never feel welcomed and it seems like if you bother them at chit chat time they get all annoyed. Thats why I stopped going to Ulta but I went to Ulta after leaving Sephora today and Im so glad I gave Ulta another chance cause they were so great!

They are rude and unprofessional. Save your energy and buy from Sephora online.

Wow. I thought it was just me. Terrible service at this store, it is always messy, and they never have what I want...Ive been told multiple times to just buy it online, so thats what I do now...saves me tons of money in impulse buys.
