I always enjoy coming here even though I dont like specific sense that much but its always fun coming here

My wife, daughter and I went here today to let my daughter pick out some items for her first time. She wasnt sure what scents to look for so my wife asked the young lady working there for some help. We didnt get her name but she had either pink or purple highlighted hair. She was excellent with helping my daughter pick out the perfect scent for herself. She took the time to ask my daughter her opinion and spoke to her very kindly and showed her several options. When we were leaving she even made a point to say bye to my daughter and she made her feel so special on her first time picking out perfume and things for herself. Wanted to leave a good word for this associate since she was so awesome today. 👍😁

Its always a treat going to this shop! My find for the day were little hand sanitizer bottles in different holiday scents! I also got some little holding cases for them. I bought some for myself and my 3 daughters. Im out of bananas so... plastic spoon for size.

They always have great products. Because some of the items are a bit pricey I tend to wait for some of their sales. They also come out with great coupons from time to time. The best deals I know of always come out at their semi annual sales in January and June. During those sales they also bring back some of their retired fragrances (these are usually only available online).

Okay so Im a big fan of bath & body. Candles and lotions I just love. I had spent about 45 minutes browsing and picking up things for my basket. To the gal who gave me that basket and answered my endless questions you are a wonderful person who cares about your customers. You the two young men: when you have more than seven people in line you should stop talking to each and talking your time. I left my purchase in the basket and walked away. Its to bad to because I had eight big candles, about a dozen scented lotions and a bunch of smaller items I was going to use to reward my employees for a job well done. I would guess the total was over $250.00. With malls closing everywhere this is the cancer of shopping in person. At least on line I can place my order and pay for it. Ignoring your customers is NOT job security. Its another store closed.

Sales reps were very professional, excellent customer service, especially my sales person, Donna along with the assistant manager Amelia (?) .Donna was called away from helping me while I was in the dressing room. Susan, another sales person was available to assist me until Donna returned.I left Dillards a very satisfied customer.
