Best experience Ive ever had at an AutoZone. The service and professionalism provided from George was outstanding! When checking the battery he noticed that the cables were not fastened securely and found that the cables needed new mounting brackets. After replacing the battery and the brackets, I was on the road quickly.

My husbands go to auto parts store. The employees are good about answering questions. A very nice young man actually came out and installed wiper blades on my husbands truck

Brought my neighbor to get the motor oil and filter for an oil change. The guy who helped us out was knowledgeable and got us the best oil for my neighbors vehicle. Neighbor was very pleased with his customer service.

Worst experience I’ve ever had the closed to mins before closing and wouldn’t allow me to purchase the remaining fuse needed, rushed me out of the store had me and my children, sitting outside while I’m 8 months Pregnant. Couldn’t even use my signal to make it home safely. Worst service I’ve ever experience in my whole entire life. They were trying to rush me out and locked the door to mins before close time. Had me in absolute tears driving home with my children

My check engine light was on turns out I needed a new battery. Bought it and they installed for me free of charge.

We needed a part for our truck that broke down and Ryan was very helpful in locating the part for us. He really went above and beyond to get us the part so we could get back on the road.

Was able to order a car battery online & pick up curbside. Then came back to drop off used battery.. Still had to show ID to pick curbside. I was able to remain in the car & associate kept their distance for pick up & drop off.

Was referred to this store by another. 1. The girl working tonight obviously was not thrilled about helping me and quickly passed me along after a few ugh looks. Bad service. I had to take out my own batteries and put them in. I also was not provided my refund due to system errors and instead of getting my money back I had to accept a autozone gift card. Terrible all around experience.

I avoid this store. They think customers are idiots. This store is not recommended I prefer s main autozone.

Awful....one of the employees was helping us and when he couldnt figure out a replacement part, so he walked to another register and started helping other ppl5 or 6ppl he didnt even apologizes or nothing....the other employees helped us 30m later and found the part easily

My brother bought a Belt timing kit for his 2011 Subaru Outback and got me to install it. It’s pretty complicated and have to remove a lot of components; the kit comes with the water pump. Got the install completed and installed all of the components that came in the kit. The fel-pro gasket (Paper gasket) that came for the water pump failed after 3 days, the original Subaru water pump gasket is made out of metal. So me and my brother both ordered the metal gasket from AutoZone from 2 different Locations in Las Cruces just in case one did not arrive. Both places managed to screw up the order after giving them the part number, one location lost the order and the other location ordered another fuel-pro(paper gasket). Had the car all taken apart just for a failed water pump gasket and both orders did not arrive. In the end had to reuse the old Subaru metal gasket. Been an AutoZone customer for years and I’m deeply dissatisfied and disappointed. Also their parts are not OEM quality they are Chinese made. Next time will order Subaru parts directly from Subaru and would advice you to do the same if you want OEM quality.

Got myself in a predicament, vehicle wouldnt start and I was stranded at auto zone on N. Main. The two employees that worked late nights are top notch! They helped me with all they could, within their boundaries, on an alternator replacement. Two hrs later I was on the road. Offered them dinner, they did not accept. Thanks goodness for good people.

We brought my Moms 2002 Subaru in because of a dead battery. We had purchased a battery 2 years ago, but the car isnt driven much and in the NM heat things age faster. They honored the warranty. We got a replacement battery, they installed it, and we were on our way. Simple, easy and fast!

Staff was super helpful. Was looking for warranty from a part I bought 20+ years ago and the lady went out of her way to help me find it. We had no luck but she made sure I could get a replacement part the same day from their hub. Very happy with the attention I got.

Amazing! Came in wearing my suit for work with a cracked heater hose fitting and Manny was able to help me with the up most patients and professional service even given my frustration. He was also kind enough to loan me the tools to get me back to work in under 30 minutes . Stopped to get check engine light checked - no help at all. Code scanner didn’t work and CSRs were of no assistance.

Stopped to buy a bulb for signal light. James came out and replaced right & left bulbs and showed me how to do it for future needs. Friendly, Fast & Knowledgeable. Way to go Auto Zone!!!

Best place to buy any car parts at a good price

While you were busy letting people cut line in front of me to give returns, I decided to take the money I was going to spend to OReillys. Garbage customer service at this location is what you expect but really bad today.

Great place especially if youre car inept as I am. If its more than putting in gas, changing a tire, or oil, you need to call a real man. These guys make it easier to be car inept.

The guys at AutoZone are knowledgeable friendly and always eager to help. If they dont have the part I need they order it and it usually comes in a couple of days, then they email me. Just all-around great service at this location.

Best crew and best service. They all care about customer needs and services. They all went out of their way to welcoming in, even though they were slammed .

We have always received professional, friendly service fromAutoZone. This weekend, we had a troubling problem for us and called AutoZone for help. The manager went above and beyond their normal procedures to make certain that our problem was resolved. We are so grateful for the excellent assistance we received.

This particular store is a waste of time and space. To begin with the now nothing manager. Went in for a simple power steering pump. Was given the wrong one twice. Then the run around to all the other AutoZone that supposedly had it in stock. Surprise....none of them had it. If I could I would give no starts. Happy to say OReillys took care of me. From now on ORiellys is where Ill be shopping.

Was walking around trying to figure out what type of exhaust parts I needed and it took a good 15-20 min before someone asked if I needed help with anything.

I normally prefer to order cheaper parts online but they were very helpful in choosing the right switch for my radiator fan. He even drew me a little diagram for how to wire it.

Not as good as they used to be. Staff is less knowledge, and less focused on the customers. Still convenient if they are close and you know what you need.

Well personally I like autozone I always buy my parts from them never any were else most of the time the people there are more then happy to help u even if there not sure on how to help u but most importantly dosent matrer what u buy they always ask for your number or your rewards card but at this place the person didnt ask and when I told them he got mad when I asked if he wanted my rewards card and he said what for if u just got a antifreeze
