Came for a whole rear end collision repair & paint job on 6/7/2012.Not only did the Chevy Bravo Collision Center repair my car to MY standards, they also exceeded my expectations. Not just good quality, But GREAT quality. πŸ™ŒπŸ»A big shout out to Christina for providing me w. A ride home because the shuttles weren’t ready yet.They also provided me w. A Full detail inside & out & Left me w. A full tank of gas. 😭10/10 fully recommend for your collision repairs.

Great customer service! Went to go get my vehicle fixed there and viola and Scott came out to help me and they provided the best customer service and was very explanatory on my repairs. Awesome people and awesome service! Highly recommend!

Worst place ever!!!! Caution do not take your vehicles here! They didnt put lug nuts on my rim right nothing was installed right and my a/c doesnt work after taking my truck here and it worked before I took it in. I had to take it somewhere else to get my truck fixed properly. What was supposed to be fixed in a week or so ended up being a month! They never return your phone calls nor they call you to get updates.

Needed speakers replaced and some paint touch up on my 99 Camaro SS. Scott and his crew did excellent work, going above and beyond expectations. As original owners, this Camaro SS is a source of great joy for my wife and me. Scott took care of the vehicle as I would have myself, only much more skillfully. My experience was the best one. Scott the manager and his staff were friendly and to the point. Scott helped me figure out what to do and my car was ready in just a few days. When I received my car back, it was so clean, I am sure it did not looked that good when I purchased it.Thank you very much for been so good at what you do.

Bravo explained to me sometimes claims take longer than anticipated due to hidden damage, suspension, part delays etc..yes they had my car longer than expected, yes I had to call them a few times before I got a call back. But the work was well worth the wait! Any issue was addressed, they ended up having to pay some of my rental, which was arranged and not an issue for me.the office building was clean and my car was cleaned for me as well!I would recommend Bravo.

Everyone always says negative things in reviews and hardly any good ones. I took my new car to the collision center and was treated great. Concerned staff, helped me with the rental car, getting my claim together and informed me of the additional damage. I was so happy how clean my car was when I got it back! I will recommend againP.s. The front office area was clean and smelled like it had just been cleaned when I took it in :)

Probably one of the worst places to take you vehicle. When I took my truck there was miss aligned part, over spray and missing pieces. When I would call for an update my phone calls where never answered, when they were I was told I would receive a call back and never would. I would not recommend this place at all there are better options

Estimate was fast and I didn’t have to deal much with my insurance. People were friendly and professional especially the lady up front. Dented bumbler was fixed quick and I never had to deal with the car rental company, they took care of all that.

The service advisors are nice. BUT.. I have left 4 or messages, I dont get calls back. I have to keep calling until I get a response. My fiancees truck has been there almost 2 months. Yes there was extensive damage due to the accident. But when the customer is left out of the loop. That is not ok. Super disappointed.

This place does a really great job but they do take forever in getting it done. My car took one whole month to fix the hail damage on it. First they told me 2 weeks and I checked and they told me one more week. A week later I call and they need a couple of days. I call and they need a couple days more. Turns out they had a car identical to mine and they thought they were working one mine when they were working on the wrong one. The receptionists are nice but they like to use hold a lot. It may seem like Im exaggerating but I was put on hold for over 10 mins. And I have the call records to prove. Overall, its an alright place.

Heard good things!! BUT, Joe (an estimator) didnt pay any attention to me...in fact he was looking elsewhere while I was explaining my situation. In the end he sent me to another auto body shop, even gave me wrong directions on how to get there. Bravo, address this issue!! You just lost a lot of money!!

Dirty working conditions! No one cleans! I wouldnt want to paint my car there because they get trash in all the paint jobs for Being a dealership its ran poorly!! People in el paso (HR) are super rude !

Worst service I have ever had. My car was supposed to be there for two days. A week and a half later and they cant even track down where my bumper is. If it wasnt because I keep bugging them I wouldnt know the progress on my car since they dont even bother to call and update. I honestly wouldnt even give them 1 star.UPDATE: They finally got the bumper in...and its the wrong one. They ordered a 2016 knowing very well my car is a 2017 model. Wow, just wow.

Took over a month to fix my car for hail damage. I was told it would only take 2 weeks & I would receive a call if it would take longer. Never got calls, I had to call every week for the progress of my car, each time they didnt know where my car was & they would call back once they knew, never got the calls. Once I was finally able to pick up my car they said they would wash & I would be able to get it after, car was not washed. Plus they never replaced my windshield! Never going back or recommening this place to anyone.

This place is horrible. Ive never experienced such rude people and customer service. I sat in there office for an hour and all they did was talk to each other, and gossip! No working!! And they dont even answer their phones, all the reviews in here are extremely accurate. No good customer service the manager needs to get a new staff ASAP.

I took my dodge avenger in 3 weeks ago to get fixed from my accident in November all they needed to fix was my drivers side door and the back passenger side door and the mirror which was only going to take 6 days to fix but they wanted to fix other things in the car that wasnt even part of the accident. They said it was going to be ready yesterday then they said it was going to be ready today and they are taking forever to get it ready. I will never go to Bravo again.

My car was supposed to be done last week. They’ve been telling me that they have to do other things and it’ll be ready on a certain day. They keep giving us the run around saying that they’re waiting on stuff. All there is, is two small dents and a scratch.

It was the worse place do not take your car there I took my wifes caddy it took them three months to fix it and they told me they were detailing it for two weeks when we got it back it was dirty they didnt clean and on top of that my stereo screen didnt get fixed !!Do not go there these people are unperfortional and will give you the runaround!!

Had to keep going back because they would forget stuff to do on my car, they did match my paint on my car and when I asked how much to do my whole car they quoted me with a large amount yea no thanks they probably end up keeping my car forever!

Bravo Collision is horrible. Zero customer service, the woman who we had an appointment with to get an estimate was too busy chatting with the other employees right in front of us for 15 minutes past the appointment time and we were even 10 minutes early. We will never use Bravo Chevrolet for anything in the future.
