Great experience finding exactly what we wanted and talking care of the purchase all by phone and text with Justin. Great price, knowledgeable staff, nice selection. We made all the arrangements from Tucson and when we and the RZR were ready we headed to Las Cruces to pick it up. It was already to go! They gave us a detailed walk through on the RZR and even helped us load it. We highly recommend The Power Center and Justin as a worthy representative of great customer service.

Great team I went to The Power Center with an issue on my CF Moto C force 400. I didn’t even purchase my machine from The Power Center but everyone who I spoke to was helpful and I got my issue fixed in under 5 min (loose battery cable) SMH on my end but with knowledgeable help and tips from Justin I had a great first experience would recommend for sure! Thanks again will be doing business in the future for sure!

I called them to find out if they had what I was looking for. The salesman asked me to come in. I did. When I arrived I walked around and looked at the inventory. Although I saw employees wandering around in the back, parts area, etc, but no one seemed ready or willing to answer questions. There was one employee showing a customer how to operate a quad, outside. After wandering around for about 30-40 minutes, I decided that they must not want to sell me a $20k+ Polaris Ranger Crew, so I got back in my truck and left. I guess Ill buy one in El Paso, Tucson, etc I drove an hour to get here, so whats another 20 minutes or even a couple hours, if I also get someone willing to help me out. I dont want a pushy salesman, but a Hi, Im here if you need me, salesman would have been nice. Another group came in while I was there and they ended up leaving too,, when no one offered them any help.. Also, the selection of vehicles was very disappointing. Not a single Ranger, much less a crew. Only one General, already sold, and one Razor, but lots of units of another unknown brand called ZForce or something like that, it wasnt the kind of Polaris dealership that Im used to buying from. Im not a shopper, as Ive already done my homework, Im a buyer. It is impossible to be a buyer when there is nothing to buy and no one to sell it to you.

My best friend and I being from El Paso TX we drove to Las Cruces NM and walked into The Power Center just looking at getting some info on purchasing 2 sportsman 570s. Steven Gonzales helped us out with all the questions we had. When it came closer to us purchasing our 570s, Steven was who we wanted to work with especiallysince he had kept in contact with us. He was super professional and never made us feel unimportant. He made our purchase easy. I would love to work with him on future purchases for either myself or my friends and family. He is without a doubt a great salesman.

Lawnmower wouldnt run. Brought her here and Howard was able to get her up and running again. I have been taking this lawnmower and other equipment to these guys since they were located on Foster Road. They have always been very honest and professional. I have never had any problems with the repairs theyve done .

I worked with the service desk to get a new tire and maintenance issues on a Honda Shadow. It may take a week or so for parts/tires to come in depending on the vendor expediency, but I was pleased with the result and time the owner spent with me explaining the process as my son and I waited. They also returned the bike cleaned up and shiny and gave us advice on operation, safety and maintenance of the bike. I must admit they were patient with all my questions!

I have a 2004 Kawasaki ZX12R. I tried El Paso and all over Las Cruces for places to work on it. Because its over 10 years old, no one wanted to take it on for service. The power center checked their computer for parts, theyre available. So, they will service the bike...!

A+ service every time Ive been here. The staff are always knowlegable about things and friendly . They do service most bikes and ATV s even if they arent a dealer. You also dont get jumped by salesmen the second you walk in either which is nice. All my services have gotten my ride back same day and the prices are good too.

Quoted one price and was charged 10x more...

REALLY GREAT SHOP!!! Jerry the main mechanic fixed up my outlaw 500 after no one else could and in record time. My experience at the power center was better than I had expected, and my bike is running strong!

Absolutely a terrible experience! Brought my sons race bike in for pre race service. Drove two hours the day before race day to pickup his bike. Bike had not been touched and no phone call to inform us. We were told a list of excuses. Bottom line is we picked up his bike and Las Cruces motosports took care of us the minute we walked in. I would not recommend the Power Center to anyone having service done. I have been in motocross racing for last 35 years, these guys are a shxt show.

Few months ago I went in to look around and try to buy a sidexside but, i felt like I was a hassle to the gentlemen behind the desk. I asked several question and he wouldnt leave the desk and would tell me the price over the counter. I went outside seen a couple of 6 seaters and again I asked the same guy, this time he walked out side, said the price then walked backed in to sit behind the counter. I felt like they didnt want my business so I took it to another place who actually wanted to help me and was sent home with a brand new honda pioneer 700! I really wanted a Polaris, to bad the service was not present.

Buyer beware. DONT LEAVE A DEPOST!! Typical sales BS where they are your best friends up until you say no thanks. Salesman Steven insisted I leave a deposit to hold the bike while I thought the purchase over and quickly sent and invoice recording the transaction and NO WHERE on their paperwork does it say its non refundable. Now theyre playing stupid and saying that the cash is theirs. Mine you, I literally changed my mine from one to the next and now Im losing $270? WHO would ever put money down KNOWING youll lose your funds if you dont buy their item? DONT LEAVE ANY MONEY unless youre 100% .

Their inventories majorly limited wish they had more used inventory but customer service was wonderful and their prices are not that bad.
