Its like a whole new door has been open for me when it comes to buying clothes. Ive struggled for years trying to find clothing that fits me comfortably and quality. I went into the Hanover location looking for two pairs of work pants and possibly some really comfortable shoes and I found exactly what I was looking for. Mickey was able to show me what I needed just by looking at me as far as size goes. Extremely professional I was blown away honestly. It was kind of shocking that I was able to find what I needed so quickly and leave so happy. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Drove an hour to come to this store, was greeted and helped. The person who helped us said the HB brand name shirts were 19.99 after buying 2. Unfortunately they wasnt specific this rubbed me the wrong way. I can go to any store in Texas and never have this problem dropping 200-500$ with no problem. Not only that but now the product is cheaply made. My 2nd time wearing this shirt its sad I paid 30-40$ for this shirt to rip ?

They have the clothes I needed when I needed them everything went great the sales wonan was very helpfull.

I shop at the Hanover store, the older staff have zero interest in helping me and make me feel as though I have bothered them some how. It seems its the sam two women that I encounter each time I shop...no help, very mono-tone and are not willing to help you.

Sales associate was awesome. Made us feel welcomed and showed us some great shirts for my son.
