We are so happy with our screen enclosure!! It turned out better than we expected! We had a great experience right from the start when Bob Elliot came to give us an estimate and go over all the details. He knows his stuff and made great recommendations on how to design it. They take care of all the permits and design of the enclosure. Once they had all the permits in place their crew led by Robert were just amazing!! They finished in 3 days and I can not say enough about how awesome they were. The ladies in the office Lisa and Gail are so nice to work with too! Our patio is not an easy kind to do so we are so impressed with the finished product! I can not recommend them enough! Thank You guys!

Robert and his team designed and built a fabulous pool enclosure for us. It was an unusual job as it incorporated another structure as well as my house. The showed great attention to detail and efficiency. They were proactive in finding solutions for my unusual requests. I couldn’t be happier!

We had a wood front screened in porch replaced and a back porch enclosed and screened in. Pyramid Aluminum did a great job. We renovated a 1957 house and Pyramid Aluminum was our favorite vendor of the whole project! The owner was timely and knowledgeable when he came to give us a quote. The pricing was was great and he gave realistic expectations for delivery and installation of the gutters. The day they installed the gutters around the whole house they were on time, hard-working, professional and efficient. Their employees were polite and skilled and the gutters look fabulous! We had a cage put on our patio across the back of our house by Pyramid Aluminum in Largo. They were awesome. Despite some unavoidable delays, they got it done very professionally! Robert came out and worked with us to understand exactly what we wanted. He designed and then came out and built it and it is spectacular! I cant tell you how much I love it and what a great job he did. When the inspector came out to check it over and found out Pyramid did it he said, Oh theyre good! we never have any problems with Pyramid! Thanks so much!!

We had a complete pool enclosure replaced because of tree damage from a lightning strike by Pyramid. They were highly professional from beginning to finish. Even later after a rain exposed a leak they came within 24 hours to correct an area that was not sealed completely. And the foreman Robert was unbelievable in his ability to handle the demolition and build without damaging anything around the work area. If it wasnt for some of the equipment that we told them they could leave each day you would not have known they were here. I cannot say enough concerning the crew that worked on the project. Polite, considerate and professional above and beyond expectations. Especially Robert! His ability to keep the project running smoothly was entertaining to watch and very much appreciated. His ability to look ahead at issues the crew would encounter and already have a solution for them was also amazing to witness. Pyramid was not the low bidder on this project, but the extra money spent for them because of their reputation was well worth it.

We had a relatively small aluminum job and I had a hard time trying to find someone willing to do it. I called Pyramid, they sent out Bob our Sales person, they provided a reasonable estimate and Denise took care of getting us scheduled. The work has been completed and they did a beautiful job. Hard working Robert and David were here for one day and they truly did an excellent job! I would highly recommend this company.

We are so very happy with our new pool cage!!!! The permit process was a little long due to COVID delays but Denise from Pyramid was always happy to email the county for updates and follow up. Communication was excellent from all throughout the entire process. Robert, the lead installer, has very good attention to detail and always called to clarify if needed o make sure the final product was just what we wanted. He even came out with Bob, in person, just before the install to verify some changes...at 5pm after work no less. We appreciate Pyramid being flexible enough to work with our schedules! You can tell everyone involved wants to make the customer happy. In the end, we have a beautiful, sturdy, well-built cage to enjoy. The engineering and design are on point! Pyramid did an outstanding job on our new screen enclosure and gutters. Wayne and his company came highly recommended by my regular contractor and I was offered an attractive price for a full screen enclosure tear down, rebuild, woodwork and gutter replacement + new gutter installation. Robert, Brandon, Joel and the other guys that worked on the job did excellent work and the results are amazing! The new enclosure has completely transformed our back lanai and pool area. Our friends and family cannot believe how much of a difference the new cage has made, and the incredible craftsmanship put forth by the guys that built it. Outstanding workmanship, service, quality, and price!! We had three companies come out to quote on an enclosure for our new swim spa -- Pyramid was the only one wed consider. Wayne was prompt, professional, thorough -- and beat the competitors price by a few thousand dollars (the 3rd company was downright rude, and didnt even bother to return a quote). He also wrote out the most thorough estimate Ive received for any sort of work, there was no question of what was included.The screen and aluminum are top-notch, as was the prompt, clean, hard-working crew putting it together. Our enclosure is beautiful, the price was great, and all dealings with Wayne, Denise, and the workmen was very pleasant. Pyramid will also be making our hurricane shutters, and if there is ever any more aluminum work to be done -- I wont even consider anyone else. If this sounds a bit over the top, its because I am just so impressed with this company, couldnt be happier with our choice!

Pyramid installed a screen enclosure over my patio....about 1000 square feet. They were 100% professional from sales through installation. The quality of workmanship was outstanding including the onsite fabrication. It was a four day process and each day they left the worksite spotless. A terrific experience from beginning to end!

Our salesman Wayne was great. Really helped us with everything we wanted & explained everything .they did the work on time & their workman were professional & courteous. The clean up everyday was great. Couldnt tell they were there. Our gutters & fascia board look really good. When it started raining we had a couple of leaks. We called &told Bob. They were back the next day & everything was taken care of. Even our neighbors commented on how professional they were & how good our gutters and downspouts look. Were very pleased.

We had Pyramid come out to give us quotes on Windows and gutters.Wayne was very helpful advising us on what type of windows we needed for our condo.We ordered them and waited for them to be made. The installers were very polite and knew what they needed to do.Robert and his coworker were great !We had a few hiccups in the process but Wayne and his crew were right on and solved our issues as quickly as possible. Wayne was the person who gave us a quote and told us what they would do. We had a screen pool encloser installed around our pool. Wayne was very courteous and a pleasure to work with. He had recommendations he made that we love. Our quote was a 5 page quote and explained all material and what they were doing. They made all the aluminum in their warehouse. We had another quote by another company and it was a one page quote and no parts list or no explanation of what they were doing. The other was cheaper, but you get what you pay for. We more than got what we paid for.Robert and his helpers were the installers. Robert was the engineer who engineered it and installed it. There was a lot of compound angles because of the curve around the pool. Robert was prompt on time and worked all day long. The material is all high quality. All the anchors and screws are stainless steel. The long gutter is extra strong that they anchored the aluminum trusses to.The inspector was well impressed with the job. He said they went over and beyond with the screen room. He said it isn’t your normal screen room.It’s just a beautiful extension to our pool. We have trees on both sides and we got a lot of leaves. We never imagined it would be this beautiful.We would highly recommend this company. The lady in the office was also good to work with.Thank you Pyramid Aluminum for a fabulous job. Had a horrible experience with different company who did lanai, so put the call out to old contracting buddies to find a dependable company. Pyramid Aluminum was exactly what I needed. They were professional, punctual, friendly, with skill, precision, and accuracy beyond my greatest expectations. On top of all that, they provided the best overall value of any aluminum contractor I either used, or had bid on the project.They can be difficult to contact at times because they are in such demand. However, be patient and keep calling. Its more than worth the time and effort. I Have them coming back this week to do seamless gutters in rear of house, and will most definitely use for planned front roof extension, enclosure, and gutters. Horrible company. Changed prices after the quote. Started Months after promised start date. No communication and wouldn’t return phone calls. Met with owner that said he’d call with updates. Never received a call. After job was done they charged for work that wasn’t done or on quote. One big nightmare.

Poor Service---A business is only as good as the crew they send out. Company didnt tell me when they were coming, went to wrong condo & disturbed neighbors. Crew didnt know what the job entailed. Poor craftsmanship and required many unpleasant phone calls to repair the job. Company is no longer on our condo association preferred provider list.

Horrible workman ship and professionalism, job not up to code what so ever. The main beam was to long of a stretch and the entire ceiling and roof bowed, leaked and of course was and is a very hazardous situation! Completely wrong from the beginning ! Unfortunately, I will have to say be very careful with this company you may need to pay twice+ to have it completely redone and of course the time and negativity that surrounds the entire process.

Quick estimate on a screen room addition for my house.

One of these drivers has seriously bad road rage. I was trying to make a left hand turn out of McDonalds and he was behind me very aggressively honking his horn and screaming GO!GO! At the top of his lungs while traffic is speeding by a foot in front of me. Totally uncalled for.If you have an appointment and youre late already, best not to stop at McDonalds at 8 am rush hour.

I spent money having a pan roof insulated and a protector panel put on. I wasnt told that the protector panel protected against everything but rain so when the storms came through my enclosed room leaked bad, it never leaked before this work was done. Then I guess secretary Wes is who called back and said its not there problem, was very rude and then hung up. I would look for a company that cares and would not waste money with them.

I have had roof leaks ever since the screen enclosure was installed 20 years ago by Pyramid. The leaks were HUGE and temporarily fixed, but I have to put elastomeric on the seams every year to keep it somewhat leak-free. The leaks never completely go away. Now I just want them to come out and give me advice or help fix it for good. I am willing to pay them. After 6 phone calls with Wayne the owner NEVER returning the calls, I give up. You shouldnt do business with such a poor company who wont return calls. There are plenty of other reputable aluminum places you can get the work done in a professional and competent manner.

This company is a joke. A 20k quote for a porch screen. I even had to ask for the bid after weeks of waiting.

Sent an email request on 6/18/18 for Fascia, Soffit and Gutter quotes on two of our properties. 10 days later no response to my request.
