I own a body shop. A lot of the colors are not even blendable. When I showed it to a manager he told me my blends are not good. He said that there is nothing they can do after I touched the paint. They can give me tints that I have to use to fix the problem. He was extremely rude and didn’t want to help at all. I pay to have a mixed paint that I don’t have to touch but to spray. That’s the reason I don’t have a mixing station. They want to give me a color that is not even blendable and have me fix it. Wrong costumer service. This happens 25% of their paint.(not Nason). Will not go back. Go to a different paint supply store.Fast Lane Autos.

Worst customer service ever...the customer is ALWAYS wrong. What they give and charge you for is double what you ordered and was quoted. Never have I met more of a bunch of condescending, disrespectful service counter reps. Instead of trying to help find a solution to the problem all they wanna do it express to you how wrong you are, say that no one there would EVER say that and that I ordered the wrong product. And Im in the customer server industry. I personally will never try never do business with them again and I will stress that others do the same.

Not gonna let some bad review by someone with delusions as to what service this shop does do and does very well! Alot of people goto this shop and the guys that work there know their stuff and will help you! They carry some really good products and over the years have gotten better and better and even their house brand stuff is good quality.

Truly terrible experience. Went in to purchase touch up paint for my SUV. They proceeded to scan the car with a device to find a paint match. Once I got home, I found that the color was slightly off.No big deal....... so I came back to have them fix the color (This is where I have a problem) The assistant manager stepped into the back of the shop and came out with 2 tiny containers of paint. Instead of fixing the issue, he said, go ahead and mix these two colors with the paint you already have, and try to match it that way...... so wait, you want me to do the job that you guys are suppose to do.....And of course, I went to go experiment with my paint with no luck!So now it is my 3rd time in their shop..... I give them a piece off of the car and tell them they need to match it exactly. They finally get it right, but then charge me again for the paint!***EDIT*** Just kidding...... got home AND THE PAINT STILL ISNT RIGHT! I dont know what to say..... looks like Im going to have to repaint the car. Thanks Finish Master.Very poor customer severice. Would not recommend.
